This hotel is situated is a quiet location, in the outskirts of San Antonio. The lively centre, with its abundance of shops and entertainment venues, is located in the vicinity (200 m away). San Antonio bay with a sandy beach is just 200 metres from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found approximately 500 metres from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 6 single rooms and 150 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including crazy golf, table tennis, billiards, a spa, a sauna, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

    Just returned from a fantastic 5 night stay at the Hotel Pacific. We booked through Loveholidays and the deal we got was amazing. Based on what we paid, we couldn’t believe how good this place was. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool was perfect and the entire hotel was clean and really comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5RoomsUpgraded to a premium room to get a fridge and larger room. It was well worth the 10€ per night. Room was perfect. The bathroom was a bit tired looking but it was clean and the shower was perfectly. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of space and hangers for two ladies with a lot of clothes!Nearby activitiesEasy walking distance to a lot of restaurants/bars/shops and the beach.SafetyThe room doesn’t come with safe access as standard. It costs 3€ per day and deposit is €10. The lovely Karla on reception gave us the safe for free because we’d paid to upgrade our room. As two women travelling together the hotel was perfectly safe.WalkabilityPerfect for walking around San Antonio. Also good access to taxis if needed.Food and drinksGreat value drinks, the beers and cocktails were cheaper than any of the restaurants and bars we visited. Debbie makes a great Mojito!     DO NOT STAY HERE.We had a confirmed booking at azuline hotel Pacific for 5 months and arrived at 9pm to be told there were NO rooms available.The receptionist took our names and passports and casually told us we’d be sent to a hotel 30 minutes away. We refused as we booked this location for a reason and were basically left stranded.The staff showed zero urgency, zero care, and no interest in helping beyond telling us to go 30 minutes away.To make it worse, the hotel hadn’t even informed love holidays. We were left standing in the street with our luggage for 2 HOURS on the phone trying to sort accommodation ourselves late at night.Absolutely shocking organisation and customer service. A completely stressful start to a holiday that was booked months in advance. Avoid at all costs

    Really really pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Very clean, great location, great dinner and breakfast buffets also. The staff were so lovely especially the receptionists. Carla was amazing, a real asset to the company. However there is one member of staff - Debbie who completely ruined our last morning here with her disgusting attitude. At breakfast she accused us of trying taking food out of the buffet - which we were not. I told her she should not come and accuse us of something that we have not done especially in such a rude manner. We were made to feel so uncomfortable. Later I watched her tell a woman she couldn’t eat a packet of crisps at the pool (which to me is unheard of). She then stormed over to a group and shouted at them saying ‘everything you have with you now must go’ and she started invading their space aggressively and going through their bags to see if they had anything else with them. They had a couple of glass bottles of beers which are not allowed either which is understandable but the way she approached them was so aggressive. I work at a hotel myself and would never go through a guests bag and invade their space like that. She told one of the guests that they should come with her now and speak to the director so they can decide whether the guests can stay here or not. She could’ve calmly told them the bottles were not allowed and they would’ve listened, they were very reasonable.     The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Paper thin walls with young groups shouting all night long. You can’t bring a bottle of pop that you’ve purchased outside the hotel to the pool but people were openly doing drugs around the pool in the afternoon. Moreover, we confirm that there has never been any person taking any substance in our facilities. As an aspect of a very big concern in our chain, we would like to mention that in azuLine hotels we have a very strict and zero tolerance policy to the consumption of illegal substances.     Bed bugs, noise, no sleep…. Avoid!

    0★ – DO NOT BOOKLet me start with the only positive: the reception lady was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her kindness and understanding really helped us during our stay. Thank you for that.Unfortunately, everything else was a massive disappointment.Noise:This hotel is unbearably noisy. We had to move rooms because the bathrooms are all interconnected, turning them into echo chambers—you can hear every conversation and even every bathroom visit from neighboring rooms. Most mornings, we were woken at 5 a.m. by inconsiderate guests blasting music, shouting, and taking substances after partying. Then, just as you’d drift off, it all started again around 7:30–8 a.m. The lack of consideration from other guests was shocking, but even worse was the lack of action by the hotel. Over our six-day stay, I saw security step in only once.Breakfast:Very poor. The beans were rock hard, the bacon was practically raw, the coffee was bad, and most of the food was cold. I understand it’s a buffet, but we weren’t even greeted by staff—other holidaymakers had to tell us to sit down and help ourselves. Not remotely up to standard.Pool Area:Too small for the number of guests, and our first experience there was awful. We brought a single bottle of beer with us, sat at a table away from loungers and the pool, and were immediately confronted. A staff member, accompanied by a security guard, asked if it was ours and then went to take it away. When I politely asked why, we were told outside drinks weren’t allowed (which I understand—we must have missed the signs). But instead of asking us to take it back to our room, we were spoken to in a harsh and intimidating manner. The claim that if a glass broke, they’d have to close the pool for four days felt absurd. I honestly felt like we’d done something far worse than missing a sign. Completely unnecessary.Room Quality:The building is poor quality, and the design is dreadful. The first room had paper-thin walls—you could literally hear a fly fart. A picture covered a vent that went all the way up to the roof (you could see the sky). The TV was crooked, the bathroom ceiling badly patched, and the mirrors were peeling. Yes, there was a fridge, but it was built into a huge dressing table that blocked access to the balcony. Completely impractical. To make matters worse, both myself and my partner were bitten by what we believe to be bed bugs after getting a blanket out of the wardrobe.Final Thoughts:I know this isn’t the most expensive hotel, but the basics matter—soundproofing, decent food, respectful service, and a functional room. Sadly, this hotel failed in almost every way. I would never book here again.
