Location

The hotel is located close to the stunning San Antonio bay, within walking distance of the centre. There are also bus connections located around 50 m away, enabling access to plenty of pretty beaches and bays on the island.

Facility

The hotel has 155 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

    Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights from 17th to 21st may 2026On arrival ( 3pm ) we were checked in pretty easily ..We were given room F108 Which is the first floor and overlooking some nasty not used large wheelie bins ..The room was extremely basic , tv didn't work and the air con was hit and miss..The room WAS cleaned daily for us which was nice .The bed was ok, the shower room was adequate.There were no table and chairs on the tiny balcony but maybe that was a good idea as the view of the nasty bins wasn't much to look at .We only used this room to wash and sleep in which is why it wasnt too bad .The best thing about this hotel is the bar cafe across the road " Bar Toben "They were lovely people , the drinks were very reasonable and good quality, the food and breakfast were lovely... if you do find yourself in this hotel , definitely pay Toben a visit .The location of this hotel was quite a bit away from any amenities although there was a nice supermarket and takeaway close by .This IS definitely the 2 star it says it is , so if you want basic and prepared to walk or get a taxi to local places this will just about do you .I think with hindsight we should of paid that bit more for better facilities and location

    The hotel is very basic, however the staff are friendly and polite, especially on reception. There was one lady bar staff who was quite abrupt with us. The menu is NOT al la carte as described... Very basic menu, mostly catered for the Brits...not everyone who visits Spain wants to eat burgers and chips etc... The bedroom although really basic, was at least clean. No fridge or kettle in the room. We had to buy a kettle and cups, to be able to have a cuppa in the morning. Only 1 chair in the room, and if this was being used on the balcony, then you were buggered! This hotel is described as Adults only, however, the amount of young adults who stay here, act more like children than grown ups. The hotel is very noisy, especially at night right up until 6am... Pool area is kept clean, plenty of sunbeds. Would I stay here again, probably not...     Great value for money, a little noisy

    Great value for money. It was the first time I have stayed at a 2 star hotel. I was pleased with the facilities and the customer service. The room was spacious and had everything I needed.Some minor feedback: the furniture all makes loud noises if dragged along the floor. You can hear this several rooms away. Many of the doors lack soft closers. So it was a little noise early evening as everyone got ready for their night out.This is definitely a hotel for young people so be prepared for some noise and merriment.It’s just a 10 min walk to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The nearest gym is a 10 min walk.Overall very pleased for the price. It was around half the price of the well known hotels in San Antonio.     Just been here for a hen do, I wanted to write on here as the reviews really put us on edge after we booked. It was very basic, it was clean, noisy, didn’t eat or drink here but that was due to the fact we was out all the time. We simply used it as somewhere to sleep. The pool was clean. There was cleaners every morning who knocked but we refused as didn’t need it done.     Sadly our experience was not good staying at the hotel. The room had mould and the bathroom filled with flies daily. The drains from the bathroom were unpleasant. Towel change was a joke, we would get the odd towel change and left with dirty towels at the same time. Why not just change them all. Despite staying a week our bedding was never changed, again despite asking. The staff couldn’t care when you raised issues, In fact you was treated like you was in the wrong, as the room clean/towel sheet said the work had been done. Despite the fact this was untrue. I had hope to take the up with the Jet2 rep who was o visit the hotel, no surprise they didn’t show up. In any case, this issue has been already fixed by our team.Regarding the flies, we have recently installed protective nets in every room to prevent insects from entering. Nevertheless, our maintenance team is reviewing the system to ensure it remains in optimal condition.With respect to the towel service, our records confirm that towels were replaced daily except on one occasion, when we assumed you did not require a change. Unless guests request otherwise, towels are exchanged for fresh ones every day. Similarly, when housekeeping found the beds neatly made, it was understood that a change of bedsheets was not required.
