Location

This hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Figueretas, just 300 metres from a small bay with a splendid sandy beach. The sprawling sandy beach of Playa d'en Bossa lies just 2 km from the hotel and Ibiza Town with its scores of shops, bars and restaurants as well as lively nightlife venues is also just a short walk from the hotel (approximately 1 km away). A stop for the local public transport is 500 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 233 non-smoking rooms, including 13 single rooms and 110 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Lovely hotel with staff to match

    We loved the hotel. Sea views, clean rooms, really good breakfast and only 15 mins walk from the port, the castle and the city streets. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was ok and had the basics. Pool and bar area is lovely to chill out. Tip: We should have requested a double bed or mattress as we had two single beds pushed together. Otherwise this place was great value for the hospitality that we received.     Just what i needed!

    Stayed here solo for a break, and was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to be. Jennifer at reception was a wonderful first impression and i was able to check in slightly early. Room was everything it needed to be and im glad i got the sea view because wow.Paloma at the Spa gave me a fabulous manicure. She was so kind and gentle with me. The receptionist at the spa was brilliant too as she managed to fit me in at short notice.In short - I'll be back.     Hotel gives mixed impression

    This hotel near the beach promenade of the Figueretes district of Ibiza town made a mixed impression on me. On the one hand, the facilities were very good: a nice terrace bar with sun loungers and a small, though unheated and therefore rarely used swimming pool; an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices, including foods of the region and healthy choices; a friendly and helpful reception staff. On the other hand, the standard room I booked was small and dark (one of the blinds couldn't be opened), the shower in the bathtub was difficult to access (the space between the fixed glass protection and the wall was so small that only a tiny person could enter the tub with difficulties), with no desk and hardly any internet connectivity. The walls between rooms were very thin, so that other guests' talk could be overheard. The room was to the street side, with no view and traffic noise. As far as stars are concerned, the hotel more likely meets the standards of a three-star than a four-star hotel.     Fantastic hotel

    From the moment we checked in, we knew this hotel was different, in all the best ways. Maria, one of the receptionists, was simply wonderful, accommodating and incredibly helpful.
