Location

This attractive hotel lies on a slope close to the Bay of Portinax. Surrounded by pine groves, the hotel affords a wonderful view of the sea. The hotel's private beach Cala s'Imatge with a beach bar may be reached by taking a flight of steps from the hotel. The town centre is approximately 1 km away and may be accessed by taking a narrow pathway.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 243 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The complex offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit or, for a fee, kayaking. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics, aerobics and handball. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a hammam. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a dining room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. Special extras for all-inclusive holidaymakers include, for example, live cooking, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The complex also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Lovely hotel with great night life

    Giving 5 stars for the night life. Last year we went here on an all inclusive family holiday and it was great. Every night the entertainment was amazing, the kids loved it and then lead into great entertainment for adults later in the evening. Portinatx beach is only a 5 minute walk away and is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. The sea is really clear and also shallow for paddling. The food was ok, there are options for everyone but the buffet was smaller than I imagined when booking the trip. The rooms were good, very Ibiza style and quite spacious.

    I stayed here last summer with my 2 year old and my mum, and it has been my favourite family holiday. Such a beautiful resort, small and friendly and just a gorgeous place to stay. Very clean and the food was so good every day with lots of healthy options. Our bungalow was so modern and we all slept so well in the big beds. The private beach is gorgeous with sand and the sea was so nice to swim in. The pools are great, we spent every day in the kids pool which isn’t too but and even in the height of summer it wasn’t overly busy which is what I like. We didn’t venture out of the hotel as we didn’t feel the need to100% recommend.

    Beautiful views and calm quiet holiday

    I have visited portinatx beach club many many times ,As a teenager I used to come wit my mum , and now I visit with friends or family , It holds lots of great memories ,The rooms do vary quite a lot , if you manage to get one with a good sea view it’s just great, a really nice dart to the day , it’s in a quiet pay of Ibiza and it’s not the place to go if you want crowds & loud music , it’s super relaxing and can be very peaceful, the food is good quality , very good salads and lots of fresh fruit available , different meat and fish options each night , for the amount of people I think they do the food very well, They definitely could improve on the drinks , but the local wine is not bad at all ,I think I first came in 1985 so they are doing something right ! The way it’s built into the cliffs can be tricky but as long as you’re able it’s good exercise !So I will be returning as long as I am able to

    I do not recommend the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly, but once we got to the room, it was full of cockroaches. There were so many that we had to go to another room. We were then transferred to another room. The next morning we asked if we could stay in that room and that was fine. The receptionist was a little unclear at first, joking about it in a flirty way, which was very irritating, but at least we could stay in the room. Now we are six months later and I see on my credit card that they have charged the same full amount! We try to call them, but they don't answer. Emailed several times, but they don't let us know anything more. So now we have paid twice.... It was €400 and we have now paid a total of €800! Very unreliable hotel.

    Lovely relaxing holiday

    The hotel is in such a lovely setting with its own small private beach. Lots of steps around the hotel but I knew this before I booked the holiday so definitely not suitable if you have walking difficulties. Short walk from hotel are two beautiful beaches which I visited most days. Rooms small but very comfortable. Restaurant nice lots of choices of food, adults only seating area too. Staff very nice and friendly. Overall great hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday.
