  Lovely clean friendly hotel

  Spent a week here May 2026.second visit to Es Cana.lovely place.This hotel is perfectly situated.5 minutes walk to the sea front,bars,restaurants ect but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep.lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds & lovely & relaxing as its adults only.we stayed bed & breakfast which is a buffet style with enough choice & good quality.Hotel itself is very clean & tidy.reception staff are very friendly & helpful.Rooms are very nice although balcony is small.plenty of wardrobe space.room has tv,air con,hairdryer,fridge.we hired a kettle from reception at €10 refundable on return as we like a coffee in the room.cups & sachets available at breakfast.rooms are cleaned daily with towels replaced whenever you leave them in the shower.hand soap,shower gel/shampoo in the room which cuts down on a lot of suitcase weight.5 minutes walk to hippy market on a Wednesday you shouldn't visit Es Cana without visiting this market it's great if you like a market.would stay in this hotel again my only niggle was the late check out cost which it seemed the reception staff were embarrassed themselves about the cost.normal check out is 11am you can have a late check out to 3pm but the cost is €50 for 4 hours I think the hotel could reduce this to a more acceptable €20 or €30 but it seems this hotel chain own a few in Es Cana so that's probably the reason Hotel Manager, Owner at BLUESEA Paraiso Beach Adults Only, responded to this review Dear Hammy,Many thanks for your valuable feedback and many thanks for visiting us again.We're glad our peaceful pool, practical room features, and daily cleaning met your expectations.   Embarrassing moments

  Lovely hotel. Reception staff and room service. Sadly the dining and bar staff need training on how not to embarrass their customers. We had occasion to complain about two incidents. The first was we had taken a coffee outside on the tables beside the pool thinking it ok because people had their breakfast there. One of the dining staff marched out and pointed to the cups saying "plastic plastic". Then we got into trouble with the same member of staff for eating some melon round the pool. The last straw came on our second last day when we were given plastic beakers for our drinks and had to pay a €1 deposit, but we were the only ones. We understand that this does happen in other hotels, but other guest were served in a glass. We do not go on holiday to be embarrassed in this way.   The staff are welcoming, what needs to drastically improve is the Air conditioning in the rooms. Reported it twice the maintenance man blamed it on puente that the engineers couldn't come out until Monday. Something to do with the programming. Reported it again after Monday and then gave up. Thank God the weather wasn't great and not too hot. The room remains at 27 Centigrade,I did not have a restful sleep which is the least you expect on a holiday rooms at the back hotel get awoken around 4 to 5am ( know it's not their fault) I think the rubbish is collected. Breakfast was basic you get what you pay for I suppose, more fresh fruit would have been better and instead of offering brunch where they then start making omelettes. It would be better if they offer this option from the beginning it would encourage people to come down earlier for breakfast nobody wants low quality sausages, bacon and beans from a dried hotplate which is what brunch is.   Had a lovely stay here last weekend. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff were really wonderful, they made us feel so welcome and looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay. Only things that held them back from full marks were that the bar closed quite early (it is out of season so completely understand), and not being able to bring the room temperature down at night as the air conditioning was preset to eco. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and amazing beaches within walking distance.   Lovely comfortable hotel in great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could think of.
