This apartment complex is located beside the beach, close to the tourist centre and approximately 1 kilometre from countless shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The town centre can easily be reached by making use of public transport.

Facility

Units include 96 apartments located in a 3-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Bar and pool are in desperate need of improvement

    We visited in August having stayed last year and we really like the area. The sun beds are the worst sun beds I have ever used!! The amount we paid for the week I really expected the sun beds to have replaced. They’re rubbish! The bar area is an absolute disgrace and is exactly the same last year. It’s like they don’t care and cannot be bothered! It’s a mess and it wouldn’t take very long to sort it out! There was a brand new pool table still in the wrapping just left to rot. The straw umbrellas are absolutely rubbish, looks awful and needs replacing- it’s not mega money. There are old bits of the straw umbrellas dumped around the pool area - it’s compete lack of care and attention. I don’t see the point in paying the 2 ladies to stay for the rest of the day. I never saw anyone purchase any food or drinks. The bar is a mess no one is going to use it!! There are lots of missing pool tiles. It’s literally heartbreaking to see. The staff have given up. You can see the lack of care and attention clearly. No one’s heart is jn it anymore. The children’s park is a dump It’s such a lovely area with a beautiful beach and this place was a LET DOWN. Management need to do something about it quick! I know people are living there maybe that’s why it’s being left to wreck and ruin.

    Photos are not the same, bar areas not open and a mess!!

    We had a nice stay however felt the photos were not the same! The breakfast area needs a deep clean and it is was a real shame that the bar as shown on the pictures is was not available and it was a huge mess!! It would take just 1 day to give it a good sort out. The area felt a bit abandoned and unloved but could do so much better. We were satisfied with the breakfast. The ladies worked hard in the morning but we weren’t sure what else was on offer during the day. Drinks and food were not advertised and we didn’t know what was on offer. Could do so much better and make some serious money with just a few adjustments! The nearby beach was perfect! With some lovely bars ! We had a bungalow which was great for us. Please re open the bar area with clear communication of what’s on offer. Give the dinning room a good through clear ! Pool area could do with updating but was suffice! If these changes happened we would certainly recommend. A low budget place with just some slight adjustments!

    Really nice family apartment / hotel. Generally well maintained and cleaned, not wild. Laid back approach, very relaxing stay. No kids entertainment etc, but if like us your happy to make your own fun its great. Good beach nearby and some excellent restaurants nearby.

    This hotel is located a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and if you're up early is a stunning little walk, the accommodation was 5 star. We stayed in a ground floor apartment and then one of the bungalows. Both being modern, clean and really nice. The staff are the real gems here, Gloria was so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable of this beautiful Island as we're Carmen and Isadora.. The pool is bracing but immaculately clean and the time of year in April felt like a 5 star resort, never a problem getting a sun bed and plenty of space between. Would recommend Konmimo restaurant not 2 minutes from hotel as well We will definately be back

    The complex shows that it is already many years old but the rooms require changing the electrical appliances, some air conditioning unit and that the requests to the reception are resolved more quickly and promptly.
