  Room wasn’t cleaned. Pool area dirty. Very poor for TUI apartments. Wasn’t going to review this but read some others that had bad experiences and thought I would add this as I would hate to see people booking this and suffering the poor hygiene/ service we had.   Loved this place,was looking to rebook recently,maybe next year.Nice apartment,roomy ,nice and close to Santa Eulalia,great little bar,restaurant downstairs,staff friendly and helpful . Found the rooms clean,had most everything we needed,was a few years ago now,hopefully it hasn’t changed.   We arrived to see no tui references anywhere! The place looks very tired the pool, bar and gardens all need a over haul. We were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was a fantastic size but in tge 2 weeks we were there we had no bedding change at all in the end we gad to steal some bedding and change it ourselves. The apartment was nit cleaned I 2 weeks. We had to empty the bins abd pinch clean towels cleaning staff non existent. Tui are a disgrace thry are as non existent as the cleaning staff. They should be ashamed at their service.   Abandoned is a good word to sum up our holiday at C’an Sanso, From being dumped, you may say abandoned at a bus stop on a main road by Tui as we arrived we soon discovered that the aforementioned Tui had also abandoned the hotel. No rep, no contact, no welcome pack to be found. Tui have well and truly abandoned this tired, scruffy, indeed dirty accommodation. The photographs on here are from another era i am afraid, C’an Sanso is not as the reviews suggest. It is in desperate need of love and attention, they could start by cleaning the place. Cigarette dimps on the stairs for the entire week, the kids facilities all covered in bird droppings, the whole place is quite simply grubby. Our room was just poor, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The second bedroom was simply 2 beds in an archway, no door for teenage privacy and no wardrobe. Towels changed once despite request for more and the towels are old and threadbare. All in all a real shame, a hotel abandoned by it’s owners and Tui, both should be ashamed.   Two weeks in Can Sanso

  Arrived and check in was quick and easy. Helped with a case to the room. Checked out the room and it was light airy and clean. Safe costs 3 euros per day plus a returned 5 euros deposit. Went and reported the light out in the kitchen area- 14 days later it still was out. The cooking appliances consisted of a couple of pans and a soup ladle only. First couple of days we stayed around the pool area which has 26 sunbeds and the hotel has 44 rooms, some rooms have 4 people. We had to hire a plastic glass for 1 euro to get a pint. Ordered a cheese toasty the cheese not cooked and the toast cold. After that we went and spent our money elsewhere for the other 12 days.It took 5 days to get a first towel change, the hotel saying they had problems with the laundry supplier which does not help when your getting dried on a hand towel. Twice there was no hot water ( when i asked at the reception on the way out the guy angrily saying we have lots of hot water well unfortunately none was going to my or my daughters rooms ) He took the room numbers i dont know why. One day when i was in the shower the water went off without any warning.There was no entertainment which in the brochure said it was on 3 times a week. Never saw anybody in the bar when we came in at various times at night.The crazy golf was a mess and was being painted before we left. There was also supposed to be a Tui rep none there at all, no welcome packs or any information. The reception was only open intermittently. I needed to get my wife to a doctor and there was no reception to ask where i should go. We had to walk to a taxi rank in the town and ask a driver to take us to one ( there are 24 hour doctors in Es Cana. It was a Saturday. ).I could go on but enoughs enough. Bad choice of hotel by us ( 4 adults and 2 children ), but we shall not be back.Handy supermarket few hundred yards away, great hotel next door Casa Luis, lots of sunbeds, 3 swimming pools, family entertainment, free pint glasses and good food.Walk into the town 10/20 minutes depends on you, loads and loads of great eating places. O and Tui dropped us off about 1/4 mile from the hotel the driver just saying hotel that way, picked up at the same point. On the one hand, we are very proud to know that one of our employees helped you with your case and that you enjoyed the cleanliness of our room.On the other hand, we are sorry if you had any issues during your stay. Usually, when you report a technical issue in your room, we send inmmediately our maintenance team to sort it. We will do a research to know what happened as this does not match with our quality standards. For what concerns the cup deposit system, you need to give to the bar 1 € deposit for each plastic cup, but you will get this euro back once you returned the glass. Regarding the towels, it is true that we had an issue with our laundry supplier and we apologize for the inconveniences suffered. However, this issue has been currently addressed by our management.
