Location

The setting of the resort provides guests with a view which is one of the best in the Mediterranean. The resort is located in Cap Martinet on its own corner of the island, a short distance from Talamanca and Ibiza Town. Within walking distance of the resort, guests will find restaurants and public transport connections.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 16 suites, 10 single rooms and 150 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the holiday village include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has 176 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the complex offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the holiday village include a gym and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers special catering options. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Stayed at Destino Five Ibiza recently and honestly expected a lot more for the price. There is far better value for money elsewhere in Ibiza and you’re essentially paying for the name.Room was the size of a postage stamp, the Service was really poor throughout the stay. Our room was only cleaned once during a 3-night stay, which is unacceptable at this price point. Even worse, an expensive necklace appears to have gone missing from the room on the one time it was cleaned (on our last night). We reported it immediately and were told the concierge team would investigate and come back to us, but after multiple emails we received no response at all.To top it off, we were charged over €200 in “service/resource” charges — which felt pretty insulting given the experience and the complete lack of customer service afterwards.The hotel itself looks great, but the service and overall experience fell far below expectations and seems stuff goes missing without explanation so all in all - avoid

    We went for two nights , 2nd day we experienced the awful floods .. no update from the hotel or staff .. we were left to defend for ourselves. We had to climb over a wall due to our door well being flooded .Then my credit car was charged an extra £200 for the minibar ( where it should have been £48) I’m in dispute with this still after 3 weeks . No invoice was issued . Very disappointed with the management even to the point on leaving the morning after the flood where we were told no taxi’s we arriving to the hotel for any travel to the airport and that we should source our own travel privately . We not recommend this hotel . No way it’s a 5 star

    1. Attempted Overcharge at Check-inUpon arrival on July 22nd, we clearly stated at reception that we wished to settle our outstanding balance immediately. We had already paid €503 via your website at the time of booking, and the remaining amount was €2,670 + tax.
However, the receptionist initially entered €2,970, approximately €250 more than the correct amount. Only after I questioned the amount did he silently correct it on the card machine, without offering any explanation or apology. This felt like a clear attempt to overcharge us.2. Marco Carola Event – Unsafe and Unacceptable ConditionsOn Thursday evening, we attended the Marco Carola event, which was included with our stay. However, the experience was extremely disappointing and frankly dangerous.
The venue was overcrowded to the point where movement was impossible, raising serious safety concerns. As hotel guests, we were allowed to stand only behind a tree near the pool, with no view and very poor sound.3. Unacceptable Service Charge Attempt on Check-outDuring check-out, we were asked to settle a room service bill of €61, which was correct. However, the receptionist then attempted to charge an additional 10% “tip” on the full accommodation price – around €350.
When we refused, he casually responded that it was "optional" and we could skip it. This again felt like another shady attempt to exploit guests financially.4. Unauthorized Post Check-out Charge of €174Upon returning home, I noticed an unauthorized charge of €174 on my credit card, made after check-out.
We were told a €500 deposit was held for potential minibar charges. We consumed 4 bottles of water and 1 bag of chips– roughly €42 in total. We photographed the minibar upon arrival and departure to document this. There is no justification for a €174 charge, and no invoice or breakdown was sent to explain this transaction. We did not get refund.

    Overall vibeDestino Pacha is an adults-only luxury resort in Ibiza aimed at people who want a mix of relaxation and party/music culture. It’s stylish, modern, with strong branding ties to the Pacha nightlife legacy. The décor is chic, Mediterranean-boho: white buildings, natural woods, lots of light, planting/vines, minimal rustic touches and clean lines. It gives a feeling of a retreat, but with a pulse — there’s regular music, events and a sociable atmosphere.
