    Wonderful experience from the warm welcome from Walid to the beautifully appointed rooms. Due to a last minute addition to our original booking. We turned up with an additional guest, I had tried to book another room online before arriving but there was no availability. Somehow Walid managed to find us the perfect space and after a 15 min wait. We were all happily checked in. Sparklingly clean rooms with basic essentials included. The rooftop pool is small but inviting. With a beach that has amazing scenic views , 3 mins walk away. Two great supermarkets within 2 mins walk. Breakfast was so delicious. Freshly made and not a buffet I’m gluten free, the bread at breakfast was amazing. I had to ask twice if it was gluten free. The waiter, James was exceptional. He was busy but treated everyone with care and consideration. The whole family has enjoyed the location and amenities. Highly recommended.     Me & my partner have been staying here every July for a week for many years, never thought to stay anywhere else because it’s perfect all round, great location, lovely rooms, fantastic staff, can’t wait for next July already, get it booked.

    The hotel is well situated in the centre of Santa Eulalia. 5 mins to marina where there of plenty of restaurants. Supermarkets ( Spa across the road) and several within 5 mins walk. 2 mins to the sea front beach and promenade. 10 mins to bus station.The rooms were well fitted out, and kept spotlessly cleans. The swimming pool on the roof was a good size, it has a chairlift to access pol area and a lift with seat to enable people to be lowered/lifted into/out of the poolThe staff were very helpful and friendly.

    We stayed here with two kids for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The kids loved the rooftop pool, and there were allways available sunbeds. The staff was friendly and quick to fix any problems. A la carte-breakfast at the cafe on the ground floor was very good.     We’ve just returned from a four night stay and only have praise for the Duquesa Playa. We have stayed there before quite a few years ago and it was a pleasure to be there again. We were upgraded to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, as renovation work is taking place on the one bedroom units. This was a nice surprise and we had a great view of the marina and sea from the fourth floor. I had emailed in advance asking for a high floor, and had a very prompt reply. Everywhere is spotless with towels and sheets changed regularly. The staff are absolutely amazing, and always ready for a chat as well as being very helpful. The location of the apartments is great, being handy for everywhere in the town, with a supermarket opposite. There is very little accommodation in Santa Eulalia open all year round, and the Duquesa Playa is definitely the best available. We will be returning.
