  Ibiza is an expensive place but there should be a minimum standard of service when charging the exhorbitant amounts that places charge especially in the peak season, not just the fact that they can. This place was the worst I have stayed in. The room was disgusting, they over charged and despite chasing them up whilst we were there they did nothing and have done nothing since. I would avoid at ALL costs!

  Receptionist is only there to give u room keys. Will help you with literally NOTHING. Room stank like an ashtray, very dirty! Sofas and floors were sticky. Bed sinks in the middle and could feel the springs poking on your back. Shower had little or no hot water at all. Bathtub floods itself with dirty water. Bathroom is too dark. Random people not from the hotel slept in the lobby. Very noisy in the morning. Overpriced as u can stay in central ibiza town at the same price. And the list goes on. Cannot express how happy my gf and i to check out of the place yesterday morning! AVOID, PERIOD.

  I'm not usually spending too much efforts reviewing hotels, but this time I need to. I also premise that I'm not picky at all and had slept several different places worldwide, at any conditions.Apartamentos El Divino is, first of all, dirty, especially blankets, sofa, towels and bathroom. The shower curtain was black and full of mold.The bad-sofa, rather than being dirty, is also very much uncomfortable and takes almost all the available space of living room. Kitchen doesn’t have almost any flatware available, but this is not necessary a bad news, as long as you don't want to spend your holidays with the runs.Personal is impolite, not helpful and takes "siesta" from 2 to 4 pm, leaving reception unattended, as well as after 8 pm. Be sure to arrive during their working time.Last but not least, the surrounding are ugly, near Ibiza port, but not the nice part. There is a big road just near the hotel with cars running 24 hrs. If you are lucky, you might spot the only industry of Ibiza (a Toyota plant) from your balcony.For the same price, you can find fairly better accommodations at the Island.TO AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

  Robbed in sleep, by Inhouse staff

  my friend and myself had two different rooms and while sleeping, someone entered with the hotel keycard and robbed us of our cash...lucky we still alive and had our passport not been taken!!Terrible hotel Management, or better not existing. The Reception guy not even wanted to call the police.....asking for director..he says ah on travel not here..no one cared...like they knew?we went at the Police station and made a report...Avoid this place !!! dangerous
