    Great clean hotel

    80 of us stayed here for my daughters wedding, we found it was very clean and tidy and value for money it was also ideally situated.Most of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The resturant attached to hotel was very well priced along with the bar drink prices. My only fault would be the bar closes at midnight and they could have done with more bar staff and maybe a bit of entertainment like a singer or for fitness activities. Many of our party have said they would most definitely visit and stay again.

    Location was good for our purposes, there was no atmosphere at the hotel, the garden room was quite basic, very uncomfortable pillows, and very noisy, there didnt seem to be any staff on hand at the larger pool to make sure "younger" residents werent shouting and drinking and being a general nuisance.

    Disappointing experience and poor service during our wedding stayThis was our second stay at this hotel. Our first experience had been fantastic overall, particularly because of the facilities, rooms and general setting, so we felt confident returning. We had even recommended the hotel to our friends and family, and for our wedding in Ibiza, more than 30 of our guests stayed here with us. Between us, we brought thousands of pounds worth of revenue to the hotel.Unfortunately, after this stay, I would not return.To be fair, the hotel itself is lovely. The rooms, pool and facilities are excellent, although the gym was outdated the first time round, it had been updated for this visit. The real issue was the staff and the lack of support when we genuinely needed help.We travelled to Ibiza to get married and had communicated back and forth with the hotel in advance about our plans. Because so many of our wedding guests were staying there, we had discussed arranging rooms close together so that the bridal party and groomsmen could get ready easily. The hotel had indicated that this would be possible. We had also specifically requested a low-floor room for my father-in-law, who is very uncomfortable with heights.When we arrived, we checked again with reception to confirm everything was in place. However, things quickly became stressful. Our family were not placed near us as agreed, and despite the low-floor request, my father-in-law was put on the highest floor. This caused unnecessary stress at a time when we should have been able to focus on our wedding.We tried repeatedly over several days to resolve the room situation, even involving the Jet2 representative. Other guests in our party were flexible and offered to move rooms to help make the arrangement work, even if only for the wedding day and night. Despite this, the hotel simply would not accommodate us or make any real effort to help. We were told rooms were assigned in the morning, but nothing changed, the response was always the same - try again in the morning (dismissive). We gave up as we realised the hotel was not going to accommodate us, despite in writing that they would. There were other concerns too. For example, we informed reception that we were leaving early for a sunrise hike and provided our room numbers and expected return time for safety reasons. The night staff did not seem to understand us, as they did not speak any English, which was worrying from a guest safety perspective.What made this especially disappointing was that we had stayed before, spoken highly of the hotel, and encouraged so many of our wedding guests to book there. We offered the hotel plenty of flexibility and had communicated in advance, yet when it mattered, we felt completely messed around and unsupported.In summary, the hotel is great for the pool, rooms and facilities. But if you need help from the staff or expect genuine four-star service, I would not count on it. For what should have been a joyful and stress-free wedding stay, the hotel caused unnecessary upset and disappointment.

    We loved every minute at Els Pins Hotel and will definitely return. I was recommended to come from a friend and have now recommended to my friends and family. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean, the food is lovely (especially the buffet breakfast) and it has beautiful sea views. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was such a perk to get a free spa experience when booking direct, that the children could also enjoy with me. The full body massage was amazing - the best I’ve ever had! The only slight thing I could say, would be that the gym could be larger to match the quality of the spa but it has a good range of equipment nether the less. The best part is that it’s all extremely reasonable. We got a great deal for half board when biking direct!
