Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort lies in Playa d'en Bossa, right by the sea. The nearest airport is Ibiza (IBZ), located approximately 5 km away.

Facility

The resort has 5 lifts and features 430 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a page service. A photocopier is available for guests' business needs. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 5 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. On request, children's beds can be provided for a fee. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and archery. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 5 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The resort also offers picnics. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Good staff and very clean hotel, but not a true five-star experience.We’ve just returned from a 4-night stay. Overall we had a nice break thanks to the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, but several areas didn’t meet expectations for a 5-star resort. Food variety, consistency of service, pool atmosphere and the value of the all-inclusive plus package were the main weaknesses. We wouldn’t return, but still had an ok stay.The positives* Staff consistently friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to issues* Hotel and rooms kept very clean throughout* Room serviced well daily (though deluxe pool room was very small with limited storage)* Main buffet offered decent variety* Good in-room TV features including Netflix and Apple TV* Issues like the broken safe and pool music were resolved quickly and efficiently* Entertainment setup is good, with bingo being a highlightThe negatives* Food becomes repetitive and limited outside main restaurant hours* 24-hour snack bar and snack van both very poor quality with extremely limited choice* À la carte restaurant (Mexican) was average - service was not good here. * All-inclusive (plus ) felt poor value (no premium spirits included)* Pool waiter service inconsistent* Buffet drink service slow and inconsistent at times* Plates sometimes left uncleared during busy periods* Entertainment mixed beyond bingo* Pool music could be unpleasantly loud and repetitive on occasion* Guest services lacked broader local knowledge

    if you are non-Spanish beware, food - average and repeatdrinks- only local drinks includedno visitor- cant have friends visit ucheck out - they will be after your life for leaving at 12 noon. if u dont they constant call u, visit u. I checked out at 12.01 and my door key was disabled at 12 dot leaving my kids locked inside room when i was putting luggage out. Mind you this hotel has only 1 pool- all other facilities are shared with nearby Select hotel,i.e entertainment area, kids pool etc. You are not allowed to use pools or restaurants at other hotel. Staff everywhere is super rude and only care for their kids of guests .Room- is standard as any other hotel nothing special. only key is if you booked superior room you might be thrown in to a back side room and they will not offer you change.I spent nearly 2.5k for 4 days for family of 4 and it was average.

    Had excellent service at breakfast today by Veronica Visan. Nothing was too much trouble for her - mimosas, tea, coffee, juice, friendly conversation and helpful tips.
