    I booked this hotel for September and requested they take the money a few days later rather than straight away and they agreed they would take it the following monday. Instead they snatched it out of my account the following night leaving me in a bad situation with my bank.I tried calling the hotel and a woman answered, mumbled something in Spanish and hung up. I messaged numerous times asking why they had lied about taking the money, and asked could they reverse the payment and take it on Monday as requested and they just ignored me and avoided the question.I would not recommend this hotel to anybody and I would never book with them again.Their level of customer service says a lot about the hotel.

    We booked this hotel and needed to change dates by a few days. We were told this was not a possibility and full price would still be taken and to 're book at full cost. Called the hotel and staff were so rude and didn't want to do anything to resolve this. Over 400 pounds taken for nothing. Disgrace

    Perfect for college students/young adults looking for a cheap stay. It is noisy up until about 3 am and the walls are thin, but you are literally staying on one of the busiest clubbing streets in San Antonio. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was, comfy mattresses, and a very nice balcony.

    Absolutely terrible customer service! So so rude! I would not recommend to come here! Absolutely disgusting the way the the staff speak to you! Never been so disrespected in my life! Absolutely vile!!

    I stayed here for 3 nights was supposed to be 5 but I decided to come home early room next door to mine Spanish or foreign people smoking pot it was coming through air conditioning gave me bad migraines also no English TV channels all Spanish audio , noise from below became unbearable if you want a good holiday don't book this hotel
