    Lovely Hostal in the centre of Santa Eulalia. Straight out the door and close to everything. Taxi rank 1 minute walk from the Hostal and Bus Station 3 minutes. Restaurant street 2 minute walk away. Room was clean and beds comfortable. There was a room safe and aircon. A nice view from our Twin Sea View Room and a good size balcony. A very nice Cafeteria downstairs, with friendly staff. Tapas are served with each drink too, which is a nice touch. There's a lift if you don't want to use the stairs. Santi was easy to deal with and we would have no hesitation recommmending or staying in Hostal Mayol again. Santi Eulalia is a lovely area too btw, with some very nice restaurants.

    Basic accommodation but it is in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good value for money.

    Basic, but clean, functional and in an excellent location for accessing the beach/ shops/ bars/ restaurants. The rooms on the upper floors on the front of the building have a sea view or a view of the street and a decent sized balcony. If a view is important to you, avoid rooms overlooking the back of the building - its just a concrete courtyard and never gets any sun (in April at least). If a balcony is important to you avoid room 202 - there is only enough room for 1 chair. There is a cafe/ bar on the ground floor which serves nice, good value breakfasts and has very nice staff.Overall, good value for the excellent position, but don't expect any 'extras' ( like a kettle or fridge).

    If you’re after a hotel to use as base camp with a good location and really cheap then this is the place for you. Apartments are really basic but really clean. The owner santi is a really nice, helpful guy and easily contactable if there are any issues
