    I was skeptical to stay here, but was pleasantly surprised. Jake (at the front desk), greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. He joked around while checking me in and made my day better. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are updated. All of the staff are kind and the restaurant food was very delicious and reasonably priced. I appreciate Jake for making this day pretty awesome.     Extremely long wait for Airport Shuttle

    We were told to wait by Airport Shuttle Zone 1 by the hotel operator.An hour later, same operator stated the shuttle was fueling up and will arrive in another 10 minutes.Almost another hour and the shuttle finally arrived.Avoid booking if Shuttle Transportation is a deciding factor.
