Facility

52 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (subject to availability). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service and a laundry service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

    We were part of a group of six staying at this hotel. Due to a delayed flight, my boyfriend and I arrived late to check in, but the rest of our group had already checked in earlier that day and informed staff we would be arriving later.When we arrived, we were incorrectly told our booking was for September and told there was no room for us. We later realised this was because staff had incorrectly taken my details from my passport and attempted to check me in as a different guest with the same name. The receptionist even gave me paperwork containing this other guest’s personal information, including her phone number and email address, which appears to be a serious GDPR breach.Despite showing our booking confirmation and explaining the situation, the receptionist was extremely rude and refused to properly listen or help. After a lot of back and forth we were eventually given a room — only to discover it had a single bed despite us booking as a couple. When we raised this, the receptionist again refused to help, leaving my partner to sleep on the floor.It was only after the rest of our group travelled back across the island at 3am to intervene that we were finally moved into the correct double room we had paid for, requiring us to move all of our belongings again at 6am. At no point were we offered an apology, explanation or compensation.We complained again the following day, but nothing was done. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Additionally, the rooms have virtually no soundproofing, making the hotel extremely noisy throughout the night with constant door slamming.

    I had an excellent experience at Galfi! The staff was great especially Monika who helped me with all the questions that I had about the accommodation , about the hotel .She also offered support at the Boutique of the hotel, where me and my friend bought very nice clothes!     Looks great in photos, but rooms are noisy, poorly maintained, and service is inattentive

    We booked because the photos looked beautiful — and the lobby/commons do make a good first impression. Unfortunately, the room and service fell well below expectations for this price point.Noise & housekeeping • There is essentially no soundproofing. Corridor noise carries straight into the room. • Housekeeping is very loud; doors slam as if they were fridge doors — sleeping at night was difficult.Restocking & amenities • Toilet paper and soap ran out and were not replenished; we had to go down to reception to request more.Air conditioning • For two nights the AC was not fixed. It dropped ice and leaked water — sometimes onto my face while I slept.Service • Breakfast staff were brusque on multiple occasions. • One morning (around 11:15), a delivery truck blocked the only vehicle exit. Three cars were stuck between entry and exit. The manager simply asked us to wait instead of having the driver move and return after guests had passed — another example of low attention to guests’ experience.Room & maintenance • The room didn’t quite match the photos. Balcony chairs were broken. • The shower mount was loose (almost falling) with a visible hole in the wall. • Doors were poorly fitted: they don’t close properly and let in constant corridor noise. • Very limited storage: nowhere sensible to place clothes; no cabinet/shelves in the bathroom.Bottom lineThe hotel is photogenic and the lobby feels cozy, but operations don’t match: maintenance issues, virtually no soundproofing, inconsistent restocking, and guest-unfriendly decisions. For the price, I would not return and wouldn’t recommend it until management addresses room upkeep, noise insulation, restocking protocols, and logistics/service. Due to the hotel's location, both the entrance and exit share a narrow access point used by guests and suppliers alike. Unfortunately, trucks cannot exit and return once inside, as doing so would block the traffic entirely. In this particular case, the delivery lasted less than 10 minutes. We also noted that, during this time, you continuously honked your car horn in an effort to accelerate the unloading process. While we understand the inconvenience, we kindly ask for patience in such moments, and we will continue to review these situations to minimize disruption for our guests.We also take note of your concerns regarding noise and soundproofing. We fully understand how important rest is for our guests, and we are already working on a long-term solution to improve the sound insulation throughout the rooms.We regret that other aspects of your stay, such as maintenance and restocking, did not meet our standards. We are addressing these internally with our housekeeping and service teams to ensure such situations do not reoccur.Thank you again for your feedback — it’s vital for us as we strive to improve the experience for all our guests.     Amazing first stay in Ibiza! Love love this hotel!

    Amazing boutique hotel! So impressed with this hotel! It was great value although in San Antonio it was 10mins walk out the way of bars/clubs. I was concerned we would be in the thick of it but we weren’t at all. Only downside was the hotel was facing a pretty ugly road but didn’t expect anything amazing since not sea front. We hired a car which I would definitely recommend, free parking at hotel was perfect. Decor was beautiful just like the pictures! The outside pool area felt like a secret oasis, very chilled and not loud at all. Breakfast was delicious and so was the pool food. We were given a free welcome drink and 20% off first meal which we utilised. A small outdoor gym which my partner used had free hand weights mats and boxing bag. The room was gorgeous, we had basic and didn’t upgrade to free standing bath but it was still lovely! Staff were great and friendly.Oh and finally the smell of the hotel and scents within room smelt so good!!! We will definitely return!!
