    We came here a couple of years ago and really loved the location , the staff, food was fab at the beginning of August But there was one family that took over the entire pool and outside space , we travel many places and happy with huge families , but on arriving here again last August the same family were there and yet again taking over the seating areas and their kids yet again were being unkind to other kids , making them feel silly and basically being bullies. We on both occasions witnessed this and at one point yet again saw other peoples kids feel uncomfortable in the pool. They also took over yet again all the outside comfortable seating giving no one else (In the 1st two weeks of August) a chance. My daughter and I and her mates who were there to visit the clubs could not believe our luck that they were there again 😂 seeing young kids feel uncomfortable was hard to see. The parents excuse was adhd and autism , of which my child has but he wouldn’t be able to get away with it, as I would make sure I keep my eye on him, the parents took no notice of their kids , so it’s put us off that hotel that time of year , not the hotels fault at all. Visit out of them dates then it’s good lol.

    Came for my 40th birthday we all had a great time here, staff were so helpful and friendly location is excellent, and although it’s lively during the day it’s very peaceful at night. Gutted to leave but with we shall be back

    I have been to this hotel several times and after a break for a couple of years and visiting other places we decided to go back and we were glad we did. Excellent staff, decent food and although the rooms are fairly basic they are cleaned very well and we would love to go back again.

    Packing my case with a heavy heart 😥 a fab hotel! Amazing reception staff, the best cleaners! All the staff were so friendly, a big shout out to the lovely man who kept me in omelettes! Great breakfast! Rooms spacious. Will definitely return 🥰
