Location

This hotel is situated in the wonderful San Antonio Bay, right next to the beach (around 100 m). The hotel offers the opportunity to use the bus and boat transport to Ibiza Town and the various beaches. The beach promenade and the harbour are only a few minutes away from the hotel. The legendary Café del Mar, which is a popular spot for watching the sunset with many young people, is located close to the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. The hotel has 2 suites, 6 single rooms and 358 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms include a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Guests can also book 12 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a sauna, a steam bath and a spa. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

The dining area includes a café. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (a buffet and air conditioning). Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    The hostel is amazing. The people are very nice. Food very good. Room are very clean and large. The private garden was a must. Cocktail very good too. We had a very pleasant stay.

    Amazing! Simply amazing. I enjoyed every minute of my time. Food - perfection. The best pastries, desserts i have ever eaten. Main food is top notch. There are a few restaurants of different cuisines: asian, mexican, turkish, italian, fish restaurant, 24h one — everything you could ask for and more! Rooms are always cleaned, the staff is so caring and friendly. Thank you so much. The beach is beautiful!

    Great hotel, but we were unlucky with the weather.

    We went 4 families, with toddlers. We were unlucky with the weather, it was raining for a few days, the temperature was much lower than normal , it happens. The hotel looks beautiful, the buffets are rich and divers, they do have a la carte restaurants for which you must pay approx. 10 euro per adult. I do recommend the one which servs sushi, it is to die for. We got rooms close to each other, but when it was raining the water was washing our teras :) We had 24/7 assistance, special thanks to Afag and Misra. They were amazing, they assisted us during our stay and afterwards.Our only complain was that the water in Aqua park was not heated, and we avoided going there, again the weather was bad, if it would have been hot outside, maybe the water would be perfect.And there was only 1 heated pool ,but in this pool there was no special place for toddler with lower level of water. I do recommend this hotel, we had a lot of fun! But I would recommend to go there closer to summer so the weather will be warmer and the water will be ok . The rooms are spacious, clean, they take really good care of you, the spa procedures are super. I do recommend to change your money to local currency in the city and pay your bill in the local currency.
