    Our experience in this hotel was absolutely phenomenal, and a big part of this is thanks to marta on reception. her warm aura and the atmosphere she creates is warm and welcoming, and she was so approachable to ask questions and was so happy to answer them and give us advice when needed. i have never met such a professional receptionist who can also make you feel like a close friend, and not just a customer. i spent a while talking to her and i have to say she will be dearly missed. she’s an asset to this hotel and they are so lucky to have such a charismatic and caring staff member who will go above and beyond for anybody. if i were to visit ibiza again in the future, i would love to come back to this hotel to see her again.     Great location close to clubs and nightlife. Room was very clean and hotel in general is quiet so you can get a good nights rest.
