    Hotel clean, food diabolical...it is unbelievable that people accept this food. Yes I know it's AI ..but you have to have some level of what is acceptable for consumption!!!! Maybe I'm being harsh!! I don't really care. Reception staff rude, just ignore you when approaching or stood in front of them, I have never experienced this in all my years of travelling to all parts of the world.. Maybe they don't really want guests ..who knows.     As with the last review I agree paper things walls at one point i belived that someone else was in my bathroom having a shower but it was next door so bad and the noise from people screaming all hours door slamming and you can hear people having sex again the food was nice and staff friendly and hotel is clean the pools wow so cold could not even swim in them as wear freezing with the all inclusive you get a token for the train so give token and they give you a cup and you just keep taking it back once finished they give it back again with advice with a good night sleep ask for a end room top floor you won't go wrong would I stay again no due to the lack of sleep and freezing pools David Sarria, Other at Hotel Vibra Riviera, responded to this review Dear Keith,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us.We are pleased to know that you appreciated the friendliness of our staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the food offered during your stay.At the same time, we are sorry to read that noise levels affected your rest and overall experience.     Average - walls are paper thin so we couldn’t sleep

    Overall we had a good stay, but there were a few things that let the hotel down. The main issue was how paper thin the walls were. You could hear absolutely everything from the neighbouring rooms, including conversations and toilets flushing, which was quite disturbing during the night. We actually ended up buying ear plugs to sleep properly.Another downside was the recycling being emptied in the early hours of the morning. The patio doors are also quite thin, so the noise was very loud and disruptive.We stayed during May and the evenings were quite cold, but the beds only had a thin sheet rather than a proper duvet or blanket, which also added to the lack of sleep.The rooms were quite basic, but that was expected for a cheaper hotel so we can’t really complain about that. The food was lovely though and probably one of the best all-inclusive food selections we’ve had. We still went out for food a few times just for a change, especially as there aren’t many restaurants nearby, so we often went into the centre of San Antonio for more options.The location was good for transport links, with bus stops close by making it easy to explore different parts of the island. We also appreciated being allowed to check in early. We arrived at 11am and although check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, the hotel let us into our room straight away without charging extra, which was a really nice touch.Unfortunately, due to how loud the hotel was in the evenings, the paper thin walls and the lack of sleep, we personally wouldn’t return.     Great and Friendly Staff which make your Holiday.

    Location is within walking distance to nice beaches and only 25 minute walk to the main strip.Atmosphere, the atmosphere in the hotel is great, lively with fantastic staff always happy.Rooms. A little outdated, but its a base and we was only in there to sleep.Cleanliness. Never had any problems with the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel itself is very nice and clean.Nose level. The walls are a bit thin and theres a vent in the bathroom which carries sound through which is a shame. The restaurant has a beautiful sea view which is fantastic when you’re having your meal.Service. All the staff have been amazing, so friendly approachable and anything we've asked for or about they have been so helpful,Rafael on the grill station in the restaurant has made me fresh omelette everyday with a big smile and chatty which is always a bonus. Mateo who does the bar in the evening has always known our drinks and welcomed us every night. All the staff have been so friendly which i think makes a huge difference on your holiday.     Just got back from a 4 night stay here, the hotel is basic but nice, I thought the room was great for the price, the tv and aircon worked and the room itself was spacious.the breakfast was also very good & there was lots of choice.The staff are helpful and polite which is nice.The location is a little far out from San Antonio town & took us around 40 mins to walk it each way, there are shops and restaurants closer by so this didn’t bother us too much. The only negative I have to mention is that the hotel doesn’t seem to have any sound proofing and as a result you can hear people in the next room, the bins are also emptied daily at the back of hotel around 5.30am but obviously this is no fault of the hotel & staff.
