    Stayed here several times and from check in to check out everything is spot on. The staff are all pleasant and nothing is too much for them. The entertainment team work hard to try and organise events but it’s quiet in may with not many takers. Restaurant staff all work hard and always something on at the live cooking station, plenty of choices and something there for everyone. Bar staff are brilliant and recognise us and welcome us on every stay. Back in may2026 and can’t wait.     Just got back from a weeks stay , hotel was basic , staff were all so lovely nothing was a problem. Hotel was clean the rooms were nice we had room 103 over looking the car park and got the sun on afternoon. Beach was yards away. The pool was freezing. Views across the bay was lovely was a 10min taxi ride in to san antonio. Taxis were just outside the hotel and was reasonable price. The food was okay got bit boring after a week!
