  Great week in the sun!

  Hotel is clean and food is ok. I’d highly recommend to upgrade to StarPdestigue as that means you get you get access to a shared pool on the rooftop and drinks and snacks as part of the package.The main pool is disappointing as it’s in the shade but the sun does come through on one side. Coming from a sun worshipper the pool is important. Depending on what you want to do - best club (Nikki beach) is 5 min walk from the hotel or you venture into Ibiza town or play de bossa. Location is good but not close enough to main bits of Ibiza.   Very Disappointing.

  My wife and I have just returned from a nine night stay at this hotel and can assure you we will not return.We arrived Tuesday 19th May and checked in to a bit of a disappointing standard welcome. We had booked their Star Prestige package and expected a better welcome than we received. The room was ok, but for star prestige level I would say basic and on the small side. By Thursday afternoon my wife became very ill, violently sick and diarrhoea, so bad that by Friday evening we had to send for a doctor. The doctor informed us my wife had a severe case of gastroenteritis which required her to be administered intravenous medication and fluids in our room. In the two days we had been there we had never been outside the hotel. We had no intention of making this an issue with the hotel but we became extremely disappointed with the hotel management, for the three days my wife was in bed they never once asked how she was or showed the slightest concern to how we were managing or offered her some form of light nourishment as she was unable to leave our room due to severity of symptoms. On the Saturday I eventually approached reception and asked if they could provide her with a clear soup as she had not eaten for 3 days and they did this but no further offer of nourishment was offered. Between doctor’s bill, antibiotics and taxis to pharmacy it cost approx €950.00. I had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival as I was concerned about the building work next door to the hotel and explained that this holiday was going to be special one for my wife and I, as it was going to be part of our Golden Wedding celebrations and wanted to make sure it was going to be special and wouldn’t be spoiled by the construction work next door. Had seen several reviews regarding the construction work next door so was naturally concerned. Sadly the hotel never once acknowledged this special occasion for us.We managed to salvage the last three days of our holiday and made the best of that time. I would like to say the hotel has many plus points, lovely location, staff are excellent, work very hard to look after you, the star prestige area/ facilities are very good well worth the extra cost. The chill out bar area was very nice and had entertainment on most nights, be it the entertainment only lasted approximately one hour. Our maid was excellent and kept our room absolutely spotless.Two negatives, food was never better than luke warm, there were no hot plates so food was cold by the time you got back to your table. Management didn’t seem to want to know about any issues, at checkout today they never even bothered to ask how our stay was or how my wife was feeling now. My actual conversation at checkout was very unprofessional and uncomfortable, full conversation was, sorry computer not working properly at the moment, we can’t print off your bill, showed me the cost on screen and said they would email a copy of bill to me, not even a goodbye. Very very poor and unprofessional.Would not return to this hotel, simply due to the Management.

  Anniversary Stay

  The hotel seemed very nice when we turned up, was greeted by a nice gentleman that made us welcome and gave us a glass of bubbly. The room was alot smaller than expected even tho we upgraded as the first room would have been looking at a building site,, but the outside terrace was great with a large jacuzzi and lovely views. So on the whole everything was ok. Couple of niggles..... if your half board you pay for water at dinner when just outside the restaurant is a filtered water machine they encourage you to use which is obviously free and use the same glass bottles they use in restaurant as they dont like using plastic but at breakfast you can help yourself to tea, coffee, water,juices and smoothies, as much as you like so doesn't make sense.The food has been of good quality and variety but service for drinks and plates to be taken away was slow. Had a DJ on wed afternoon around the pool which was brilliant, played some good music.   Perfect mini getaway 🫶🏻

  A perfect getaway! Currently here on a 4 night honeymoon and it’s bliss. All the staff are friendly and polite. Food is so fresh and varied, we haven’t even wanted to go out! Would highly recommend upgrading to a prestige room, as you get access to an exclusive rooftop pool and snack bar fully stocked with all drinks; alcoholic and soft. We upgraded to the penthouse suite which has been our haven after a busy week.Night time entertainment at the chill out bar has been fab. There’s a bus that can take you into Santa Eulària and old town. The views are incredible.   Very good hotel, quiet, good food, great staff and right next to the sea.

  We had never been to Ibiza before, so on the recommendation of friends we went to the west side of the island and booked through Jet 2. We narrowed the hotels down and plumped for this one as it was close to the beach and offered different options on your stay. We booked half board but not all inclusive as we didn't plan on staying in the hotel all the time. When we booked in we were offered an upgrade to all inclusive or their Star selection which gives you access to a members only pool on the roof of the hotel and free snacks during the day. We looked at the members pool on the roof and whilst it was good to have the privacy, it does give you a birds eye view of the building site next door! So we declined both upgrades and stuck with our half board booking. The room we got was in a great position over looking the pool and on the 1st floor. This is definitely the side I would insist on. You get no bright sunshine in the morning and can watch the entertainment in the outdoor bar on an evening. The rooms are a bit 'snug' the loo is next to the bathroom and the only storage is in cupboards in the bathroom. There's a fridge and a big bed and a small veranda to sit on and overlooks the pool. The food is really good, we never had any complaints at all and every night they try to offer something different, we've never eaten so much salad and eaten so much fish. Breakfast is the same, with all the usual british favourites.The pool area is excellent with a long pool and a shaded area if your not wanting to sit in the sun. The hotel is literally next to the beach and you can get access to swim in the sae if you want to.If you want to drink and eat all day and intend on spending the whole day by the pool, then maybe go all inclusive. The star members package, in my opinion isn't worth it.
