Location

The hotel is situated directly on the long, sandy beach of Playa d'en Bossa. It is just a few minutes from the resort centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. There are numerous entertainment options, as well as good value restaurants nearby. A bus connection is available to Ibiza city centre, which is some 4 km away. The hotel is under the flight path, so some aircraft noise may be audible.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 171 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site golf. For a fee, tennis is also available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing and diving. Sport and leisure options include billiards or, for a fee, a gym and squash. A wellness area with a spa is available at the apartment complex. The complex offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Breakfast and lunch are served every day.

    Great location, right by the beach and few minutes walking Ushuaïa and Hi. Our room was spacious and clean. A bit out dated but right for the price. We had a living room and kitchen. The room was cool and the a/c worked good. Also they have a promoter on site, we were able to get tickets to see David Guetta at Ushuaïa as soon as we arrived and it was super easy.

    To be honest it was rubbishOur whole stay he had no wifi, we got told it was be fixed, the whole week we were there, there was no wifi.Whole place was really loud, old wooden outdated doors throughout. No lifts, meaning me and my friend had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs! Bottom half of rooms had no lighting, so had to use a torch.We had a bad leak where we had to use the mop bucket left it our room to collect the water from our air con unit. We went down to reception to tell them, and they said “sorry there’s nothing we can do about it we will inform the maintenance people tommorow” which isn’t good enough, the leak could’ve been really bad and major but they didn’t care! No questions asked either, we just got judged. Didn’t offer towels or a bucket to help our situation or nothing! We plugged the kettle in and it tripped our electric, we went down to reception to be told maintenance would be with us quickly, 4 hours later they came up and sorted it! Had to pay €50 in cash only to have 2 sun beds by the pool! So everyone had there’s towels and belongings laying around on the floor! We went to the beach rather than paying the money but you had to pay for beds on the beach too, they had specific zones for you to sit on for free on the beach!Not pleasant experience! Definitely a place for the party people, only young adults. Cheap hotel, nothing special just a place to sleep at the end of the day. Didn’t feel very safe, however did have security at the door in the night times. However rooms was nice, quite spacious, and we made it work.

    Good hotel as a base for going out, good location to clubs but if that’s not what you’re there for don’t stay here! Hotel staff are rude, have to pay to sit by the pool - never heard of this in any hotel I’ve stayed! Walls are paper thin and our bedroom backed onto the main road, if you want to stay in one night and get an early night forget it!! No basic amenities like washing up liquid etc if you want to cook there. Rooms are also very very basic our room was very different to the photos has not been updated since it was first built

    Good location on the water. They charge $75 extra per night for someone to sleep on the couch. They only give 2 key cards even if you pay for 3 ppl in the room. Pool was fun.

    I absolutely will never stay here again. First, they list their pools as an amenity, but it is not. You have to pay each day to use them, 15€ per person, per day. Also if you leave the pool, then try to come back the same day they will make you repay. They also only take cash and will absolutely refuse to take card. The staff at the pool is incredibly rude. I tried to move chairs to one under an umbrella and the staff came over telling me I couldn’t use it because it cost more so I’d have to pay him more, then about an hour later a couple came over to sit under the umbrella and he charged them the same price as me, so in actuality it wasn’t more expensive, he just wanted to get more money out of me. They also do not provide any towels for the pool and if you try and take one out of your room, they will charge you for it, even if you bring it back to your room. The rooms were cold and not comfortable. The bedding had a vinyl “comforter” (if you can even call it that) and only 1 pillow that was so flat it didn’t feel like you slept on a pillow. They were grimey and the floors were cracked. The TVs don’t work. I hated staying here so much I checked out and left 3 days early and they refuse to refund me or give me any compensation for the time I didn’t use. I’ve tried contacting the property and they will not give me any explanation as to why they won’t refund me or compensate me in any way. This is truly a terrible place to stay and I would highly, highly recommend staying anywhere else on the island. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
