Location

The hotel enjoys a strategic location 3 km from the centre of Ibiza and just 200 m of one of the most extensive beaches of the island. Various restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues are some 100 m from the hotel, which is approximately 200 m from the beach and sea at Playa d'en Bossa and 600 from nightspots.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 46 apartments. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The apartment hotel has family rooms and 46 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, crazy golf, golf, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, canoeing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, squash, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options.

    Oasis of calm in the heart of a busy resort

    A tranquil retreat in the heart of Playa den Bossa. Relaxed Ibiza chill out vibes but close to all the day and night time amenities. Ivan, Daniel and the whole Reception/Management team were great, so friendly and helpful. Ivan met us on arrival, escorted us to the apartment and asked if we would like a kettle which was supplied immediately. Next day we asked for larger mugs and a replacement iron , all of which supplied no problem. No extra charge for the safety deposit box or pool towels. They even supplied beach bags and rugs on request. Housekeeping daily and to a very high standard.

    Fabulous complex in the heart of Playa Den Bossa, an oasis of calm Ibiza chill out vibes but close to everything you could want in the way of day and night amenities. Ivan, Daniel and the whole Reception/Management team were fantastic, so friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was daily and to a very high standard. Ivan greeted us on arrival, escorted us to the suite, suggested we might like a kettle and brought one immediately. Next day we asked for some larger mugs and a replacement iron (the one in the apartment had burnt stuff on the bottom), both were supplied immediately. Easy access to Ibiza Town via the regular U4 bus. No extra charges for Safe, Pool Towels. They even supplied lovely beach bag & beach rug on request. Fantastic!

    We found this hotel fantastic value for money. Group of 7 women 40 years old and over. We were given a VIP experience with the service, quality of food and drinks, amenities and exceptional cleanliness. The location was close to Ushuaia and the bars and yet the hotel itself was so quiet at night. Staff could not do more for you. Loved staying here.

    We stayed here for 10 nights and I honestly couldn't fault it! The rooms were so big and the maids were amazing, they washed up our dishes gave us new towels when our sign was on the door. The beds were sooo comfy! The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, we came as two couples who had separate bookings and gave us two rooms together which was fab. Amazing value for money, location perfect for taxis and only 10 min walk from Hi Ibiza Sun, Owner at Ibiza Sun Apartments, responded to this review Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful feedback!     I had the best holiday! The staff, apartment, pool area & food. I have already booked to return next year. The bed was super comfy, English TV to watch for when you’re recovering in bed 🤣 The staff were so friendly and helpful I’m most grateful for making our stay fabulous - Thankyou. The only suggestion I would make if it is possible to make the doors soft closing, some guests were letting their doors slam shut.
