Location

This complex of apartments is located beside the sea just 500 m from the nearest beach. A diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars as well as links to the transport network can be found in the vicinity. The nearest nightclub is about 3 km away and the town of San Antonio is 5 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 103 apartments. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Water sports on offer include snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards and squash. An entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that guests have plenty to see and do during their stay.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Amazing family friendly hotel ideally located in San An bay away from the lively hub of San An but easy to get to if you want. Hotel was lovely and clean, food was lovely with plenty options every night for dinner. Room was spotless and cleaned every day and the staff in the restaurant were really friendly with the kids. Pool was lovely and the kids area well set up for them to enjoy a day by the pool. Easy access to the beaches as hotel ia right by the sea with reggae reggae beach just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again with a sea view next time.

    Stayed at this hotel last year. Nothing much has changed aside from some areas appearing a little tired. The room decor, cupboard trims, shower screens and corridor carpet tiles could do with some attention. Most of the team are very friendly especially in the bar and restaurant. My main gripe is that there are no drawers in the apartment so undies and swimwear have to go on shelves. Need to leave a room key in to make sure the fridge stays on. Constant slamming doors day and night. People seem to be unable to use a door handle.

    Spent a week at this hotel with friends and had a lovely holiday. Rooms are spacious with good amenities and comfy beds and pillows. All needs are catered for. Pool area is really nice with an abundance of sunloungers and a life guard named wonderful who lived up to his name when helping with umbrellas etc. All staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are serviced daily and food is of very good standard. Downside is never having a meal without babies screaming and parents oblivious to it. The bay area is quite run down with many bars and shops closed down but there are a few nice bar/restaurants. However I cannot fault this hotel and would definitely rate it 4 star

    Really pleased with this hotel, booked as a 4 day, half board package deal with TUI. We were on a budget so went for one of the cheaper hotels on the website but we were not disappointed. I think the reason this is probably priced so well is that it is a long way from San Antonio centre so bare this in mind. If you’re hoping to be in walking distance it is a very long walk. We did do it a few times (happy to get our steps in) but would not want to do it in the summer so depending on how many in your party you can easily add in 20-25euro for a return taxi daily if that’s where you want to be heading…Saying that there is a nearby water taxi and the buses run into town cheaply so lots of options. Plenty going on around and about if you don’t want to venture further afield, lots if bars and restaurants close by.Really warm welcome on arrival, staff welcoming and helpful. Room smelt amazing the first day we walked in and was immaculate throughout, shower fantastic. Mattresses on the beds were probably the only thing that let the stay down as they were extremely hard and uncomfortable which was a shame. The food options for both breakfast and dinner were good, something for everyone. Whilst it wasn’t fine dining we were more than happy with what was on offer, if I were being really picky I’d say the food could have been hotter.. Ample sun beds, pool area immaculate, great kids pool which was separate.Only ordered a cocktail once from the hotel bar which was mediocre and very expensive which is a shame as would have bought drinks if affordable. Saying that there was a really great supermarket that you could access through the hotel foyer which was well stocked and reasonable. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again even though it is out of the way a bit it suited our needs perfectly.
