  Amazing . Such a beautiful quiet peaceful calm hotel. Immaculately clean. Staff are fantastic . Welcoming friendly . U feel wellcome . Junior suite is fantastic . Has everything u could need . No fight for sun beds. Now no craic , it’s definitely restful and zen , not much music . No entertainment. But great for a true rest . Food is just okay . Always on the cool side . Hotel is perfectly situated to look over the sea. 10 min walk into town . Just love it here .   Brilliant memories!

  We arrived home last night after having a fantastic time at Meliá Ibiza. We’d like to pass on our recommendation - we were looked after so well during our stay.   Relax staying with beautiful views

  My wife and I stayed for 7 days in the level section. The room was comfortable, with a lot of natural light and very clean, with a nice shower and quality toiletries of brand “Ritual”. The view from our balcony was amazing. The hotel areas were very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The receptionists were very attentive all the time. Both check in and out happened easily and fast. The rooftop at the level with pool and snack bar is superb. As an inconvenience can count there is only one small capacity elevator in every building. And after 6pm only one restaurant Casa Nostra, Italian restaurant with limited menu but very good dishes. Federico gave us an excellent service at the restaurant. The lobby and main pool share a bar with snacks open until 12:30 and is very good for a late relaxing. It is an overall nice and convenient hotel specially as a B and B, located at a few minutes walk from beautiful Sant Eulalia town and beach.   Dont' book half board unless you love Italian food

  Our stay here was seriously affected by lack of important, relevant information, inaccurate information in some cases and simply wrong information in others.We booked Half Board at Melia Ibiza expecting it to be the usual buffet dinner that we have experienced at so many other Melia hotels. Very surprised to find on arrival that it was an a la carte meal in the Italian Restaurant. No mention of this on the website. Ok if you want Italian style food every night of your stay, but on a Spanish Island ? And the menu was very restricted with few starters and beyond the pastas and pizzas not many second courses. On our second night we found that one of the second courses was no longer available – only 10 minutes after the restaurant opened. The restaurant itself was cold (we were offered blankets !) and austere, not a pleasant place to eat and certainly not for over a week with no change in the menu. We had booked a room on The Level which gave access to the rooftop pool and bar where snacks were available. On the information sheet given to us on arrival (and on a notice in The Level reception) this was advertised as being open from 10 am to 8 pm, except in fact it did not open until 11am and access to it via the lift was denied until then. When we went there for a snack at 6.10 pm we were informed that they were not available after 6.00 pm – an important fact not found in any of The Level information and rather aggravating when when snacks were available elsewhere in the hotel until 11.00 pm.Upgrading to The Level also gave access to the Lounge where appetizers were available from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Although there was an impressive spread of cheeses and meats there were no breads or biscuits/crackers provided to accompany them. The only hot appetizers were chop suey rolls and chicken nuggets – surely Chef could have provided more imaginative offerings befitting a hotel on a Spanish Island.As food is an important part of the holiday experience, the Melia Ibiza was seriously lacking in this respect. Otherwise the hotel had a lot going for it. As usual the staff were brilliant, starting with Patricia's warm greeting on arrival and continuing with hearty and friendly “Holla's” from all the staff who passed by. Paloma was especially helpful in dealing with our complaints over the food offering. Christina was amazing in remembering our preferences for breakfast.
