Location

The hotel is located only 350 metres from the beach and just 50 metres from links to the public transport network. San Antonio is approximately 6 km away and Ibiza Town is 18 km from the hotel.     Perfect little getaway with my sisters

    I arrived 16th May with my 3 sisters for birthday celebrations for 4 night. Ive been coming to Ibiza for over 35 years so was a little wary of staying a bit away from the nightlife but it was absolutely perfect for us to chill by the pool in the daytime, eat and drink to our hearts content and meet lots of friendly people, food was always fresh and lots of variety from salads, cheeses, pasta dishes made fresh, and much more, drinks were good too. The hosts around the pool did a great job of trying to keep people entertained, special shoutout to young Dan, a lovely lad. The local bus was 5 minutes away and we used it each night, it cost 1euro 70, then taxis back from San An were about 12 euro, we enjoyed Cafe Mambo, Pikes, Kumharas sunset. We would definitely return. Oh and the foyer smells gorgeous.

    Stayed for 4 nights with family, the pool bar staff Christel and Ana were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble so they need a special mention. Rooms were clean, food was nice and overall we had a lovely stay and are planning to return next year.

    The best hotel, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Food is amazing and full of variety. Always clean. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Close to walk to the beach. Shops out front

    Super Short Break In The Sun, Occidental Offers It All!

    Irene on Reception is always polite and the positive problem solver in that team! We met her the last 2 trips and she is fabulous at her job! Christell & Ana- Laura at Pool Bar are always smiling and chatty with all the guests and keep the area perfectly clean! Lifeguards do a good job! Bar - Oscar & Juan are polite and respectful of guests. Room facilities were excellent with keeping our room in tip top condition! Apologies I didn’t get to see their name badges as we were out and about early mornings!

    Lovely hotel and location, unless you’re wanting the party side of Ibiza then it may be a bit far out. Taxis were easy to arrange with reception. Only real issue we had was with aircon- I reported multiple times that it wasn’t working and as I’m pregnant and it’s hot I really needed aircon. I was met with a slightly abrupt member of staff who told me I could “just go outside” when I rang from the room- to which I advised I couldn’t as I had a wedding to get ready for and attend. We then had to move rooms midway through getting ready as our aircon couldn’t be fixed- we were rushed to move and not offered any help- again I’m pregnant and had to lug all of my luggage across the complex to the new room in the mid day heat! I feel like that situation could’ve been handled better and also could’ve been resolved when we first reported it. The hotel itself is good- I think the cleanliness in general areas could be improved, particularly the seating areas and the floors in the main areas need a good mop. But the rooms were clean and once we got moved to the upgraded room it was much better. We would definitely rebook this hotel but wouldn’t bother with a double room- we’d book a family room especially knowing they are the most updated and have the newer aircon units. The food is really good- even for fussy eaters. Overall a good stay apart from the blip with the aircon & hasn’t put me off returning.
