Location

This bungalow complex enjoys a peaceful and isolated location, on the south coast of Ibiza, around 4 km away from Santa Eulalia. The nearest sandy beach is only around 100m away and easily reached on foot. The lively centre of Ibiza Town as well as Ibiza airport is approximately 20 m away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 15 bungalows. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the bungalow complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, diving and aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing. A gym and yoga or, for a fee, billiards, are among the sport and leisure options available. A spa, steam bath and massage treatments are available in the wellness area.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Breakfast and lunch are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Even though I didn’t stay villa.. we came across this little restaurant which is beautiful. The staff were warm and welcoming. We had the tapas menu..our eyes are bigger than our bellies. The food was exceptional tasty, and well presented I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone who is around the area..lovely little seating area outside with a lovely water feature which made it very relaxing..

    Lovely villa’s set in long walkway with a reception/bar at the bottom alongside the road. Car park is across a side road in a compound. I use a walking stick and picked this on the Jet2 website as it said ground floor bedroom. However, when we arrived the villa had 3 floors all beds upstairs. I went to the reception/bar the following day and they immediately relocated us to a more suitable villa. Very helpful. Pool was well maintained but the hedges surrounding the villa were sparse in places so I wouldn’t call it private. Villas could be cleaned every day and a breakfast service offered where you could order breakfast and it would be brought to the villa, no extra charge. Unfortunately, the food in the restaurant wasn’t very extensive so we only ate there once. Just down the road though is a great eating place ‘Fiamma’ which has an outdoor grill. We also went into Es Cana and Santa Eulalia to eat, lots of choice and good food. Ibiza isn’t the cheapest of places but drinks reasonable. Everyone very welcoming, no ‘go away tourists’ here. Very quiet area, no loud music or clubs. Enjoyable holiday.

    Not one to normally write reviews but couldnt let this gem of a place to go without a review. The villa was spacious, well equipped and very well looked after. All the staff were friendly and helpful and obviously all take pride in the villas. Just a short drive to other resorts, taxi rank outside or bus from main road, there is lovely bar with snacks on site. We had a great week and certainly would recommend and return again. Thank you to everyone who works there!!!

    A family of 4 adults and two young children.We were attending a wedding in Portinaxt and decided on S'Argamassa Villa as it had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms which suited our needs.It is a small complex of 16 Villas with their own private pools, which was great for the children.The villas are very traditional, but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, Air con etc and of course the big round bed on the second floor.There is a reception, restaurant, bar as you enter the Villa complex and a shop straight across the road, so you have everything on your doorstep, you can even have tapas and other meals delivered to your Villa. A taxi rank is also within a few yards of the complex and they are all on a meter, we went to a few of the neighboring areas and the most we paid was 10 euros, so really no need to hire a car, also used Ibiza transfers which were great. One very small complaint, nowhere to put your bits in the bedrooms, but he ho!! Finally, the staff were great and always had a smile, nothing was to much trouble, which definitely would make me return.

    Excellent service nothing to much trouble Staff are very friendly helpful, villas are spotless tidied every day pool cleaned every day Quiet setting private area & pool bar & tapas served during the day doesn’t stay open late, all in all a great place to relax
