  Mis leading information from the sales team

  I booked this hotel for my hen weekend and was advised by their representative to upgrade our room to be closer to the stage/dance floor, which we were told would enhance our experience. Based on that recommendation, we paid extra for the upgrade.However, on arrival it became clear that there were no parties or events taking place during our stay. We were then informed that the venue would only be opening on the day we checked out, meaning the main reason we paid a premium simply didn’t exist while we were there.I raised this with the hotel and provided the original emails showing what we had been told, but unfortunately they were not interested in taking responsibility or offering any form of compensation.It’s disappointing because we relied on the information given when making our decision, and the upgrade offered no real benefit. I would advise future guests to double-check what is actually available during their stay rather than relying on what is suggested at the time of booking.Overall, a frustrating experience and not what we expected for such an important occasion.

  Awful disgusting dive!

  This was an awful experience after booking the party room with friends we got robbed blind by the hotel! At check out they told me that I took one bottle of whiskey at a cost of £160 which wasn’t even in the room on arrival I argued it and they made me wait an hour so they could re check the room and then after waiting around at 3am they told me to sign a piece of paper and there manager will call tomorrow and sort it out. The women at the desk was so rude and I just wanted to get out of there. After coming home my credit card was charged £160 and then also another £260 which was my €300 deposit. When disputed this through my credit card they came up with another bill which I had never heard about at check out and said I had another bottle of vodka 2 bottles of water and something else. I know for a fact nothing was taken out of that mini bar from me or my friends. So I tried to email and call the hotel countless times and they just ignored it all and then when I disputed the case they used to signature they had on file to say I agreed the charges. Crazy how a company so big can rob you like this and treat you so badly after already ripping you off with there basic rooms and extortionate drinks prices. There security was tipped/bribed over €200 throughout the day (to keep us safe) lol and was hanging round like a bad smell this place disgusts me and is everything what’s wrong with Ibiza. Also the music is so low until the headliner you get better sound out of a small Bluetooth speaker and even at the headline act it’s still far to low. If your gunna go don’t stay here don’t book a room don’t get ripped off by these scumbags

  Great location, amazing staffs and a decent property. Fantastic location if you are visiting for parties. Otherwise, the hotel is a decent 5 star hotel with over priced facilities. The next door hotel - Ibiza Unexpected is more modern and got amazing breakfast, from Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. Ushuaia Beach hotel is bit old and purely for party people. Their food and beverage experience is decent. We had a great time at both the hotels and special shout out goes to Maria at the reception! Great attitude, friendly behaviors and always helpful!

  Great location! Great entertainment. Club entrance included makes the price completely worth it! Loved the convince of being able to run back to our room to drop things off, switch shoes, freshen up. Also the walk to Hi was super close! This was our first trip to Ibiza but definitely not our last. I can’t Imagine staying anywhere else. Already planning next summers trip! Although we might stay at the Ushuaia unexpected next time. The rooms were a lot nicer.
