This apartment complex is situated in a quiet area of San Antonio Town's centre, facing the church, and not far from the promenade Ses Fonts. The tourist centre, with a number of bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping options and the famous Iglesia San Antonio, is just a 2-minute walk away, while the sea, the Mercadillo Artesano (handicraft market), the bus station and other links to the public transport network are all just 5 minutes (approximately 100 m) from the hotel. Nightlife can be found just 200 m away. Ibiza Town is 18 km away and Ibiza International Airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

18 apartments are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand.     Great apartment

    Bed very comfortable, staff helpful, arrived early and was able to use room. Very clean, bit run down. Round edges in kitchen. Shower was fab. Only issue I has was people above us were moving furniture early in morning ( or could have been cleaning staff) balcony was good siz and location fab.

    Avoid, room not clean dirty bed sheets. Hair in kettle ! How does that happen only god knows, broken towel rails generally unsafe, we had to stay here in an emergency due to complications with flight. You are allowed by the pool only if you purchase from the bar provided at the pool. Wouldn’t even say this is a last option, just don’t stay here please.

    It is an absolute tip and would not recommend. The bed broke from the first night and one of us had to sleep in the floor. As we did not say when they left they then wanted 200 euros and would not give a ring back that was of sentimental value rather than expensive.Staff very rude to me when i went to collect the ring for my neice. Insinuating that I was going to steel the ring.Much better places to stay with better facilities especially when you are then charged for damages that you never done.We are 30 year olds what did they think we were doing playing monkeys jumping in the bed.Do not deserve any customers and no wonder you are not busy.Avoid at all costs.

    We stayed in these apartments on the 26th april 2018. They were very clean modern. The receptionist was nice he let us stay in our room long on our departure day but wasnt around all the time but left is number if you needed anything.The apartments were right in the centre of san Antonio which was great apart from there was hardly any shops or bars,restaurants open it was like a ghost town we struggled to find somewhere for breakfast. We did not see one supermarket open. Overall very relaxing but should of gone a few weeks later

    On arrival couldn't check in @ check in time which was 2 pm they sniggered when we asked what time would it be! Didn't check in till 4pm & they didn't accommodate us one bit! Also got charged an extra €50 when checking in which we weren't told about! The key wouldn't work so took us about 10 mins every time to open the door! Sheets didn't get changed unless we asked & apartment wasn't cleaned once! To top every thing off on our last day we walked into our apt with the doors wide open to find one of the cleaners rummaging through one of suit cases! They tried justifying it by saying they were looking for towels! Customer service was appalling worst place ever to stay!
