Facility

Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge).     Food is good it just gets to rowdy with lack of control

    Out of control hen party's . Food running out on all-inclusive,with gangs of drunk girls pushing in. If you paid for five star you expect it ! Not enough staff for the amount of people staying there, not being catered for with tea and coffee with breakfast. Just a totally unorganized hotel!

    From beginning to end, we loved this hotel. It had such a good feel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks/cocktails were amazing and food was good. We would definitely return. The only downside is the noise at night with party-goers returning in the small hours and either making noise in the corridor or having parties in their room and playing music.

    I thought the hotel was very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and always greet you with a big smile. I loved the bars and the readiness of the staff to help you if you need anything, so big thanks to them. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that it was really obvious even when you pay all-in that there is a differentation between guests. For exaple, the beds at the main pool, are ‘exclusive area’ and the other pool as well. Also certain drinks were not for us, and I think that if unfortunate that the differentation is blantly obvious.     Fantastic hotel, contemporary design. Stunning rooms, excellent facilities.Food in the main buffet is of a very high standard and cater very well for vegan and vegetarians, with allergies catered for too with clear allergen information for each dish.The area by the snack bar and the small pool area was where we spent most of our time, mainly due to the exceptional service provided by Lander.     A fabulous girls trip to TRS ibiza. Whilst we couldn't summon up the sunshine, the experience certainly wasn't dull at this wonderful resort and especially at the Io snack bar where we were looked after wonderfully by Lander and others.
