Location

This holiday complex is located just 200 metres from the beach. The centre of San Antonio is only 2 km away and the nearest public transport is located just 50 m away.

Facility

A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 204 rooms, including 5 single rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     This is our second visit to this hotel. The hotel is very clean, facilities are great especially the waterpark. Plenty of variety available in the restaurant at meal times. Jaunito’s made to order omelettes are a must.

    May Half Term 1st time in Ibiza we will be returning amazing holiday

    First time in Ibiza and after day 2 we are already looking when we can come back. The Hotel TUI Bur Aura is amazing in all aspects. My son is a fussy eater and the restaurants always have something to cater for him. In the morning Juanito cooks him his plain egg omelette which he is loving and is first on his plate. The different food themes in the evening gives a great variety. Evening entertainment is always something different for the main event, the Legacy Mongolia were amazing highly recommend they are bought back. Rooms are clean and very big. Access to the water park next door end of May and it’s not too busy. Can’t fault this place.

    Spacious rooms with a fridge (we had 2 x family rooms, comfortably sleeps 4 adults between the double room and the lounge room with 2 x generously sized sofa beds - each equivalent to large single/small double). Cleaned and restocked every day. Great choice and quality of food in the all inclusive including alcoholic drinks (no pre-frozen cocktails, made fresh and kiddies ice creams cornetto/magnum types). ‘Snack’ food available all day from 10am - 4pm.Large main pool area, varying depths for all ages and abilities. Lots of sun loungers, no issue with getting a bed. Immaculately maintained pool areas. 2 x à la carte evenings in a 1 week all inclusive - food was outstanding as was the service - special mentions for Angel and Nora but all the staff were attentive and friendly and accommodated extra requests for the kids. Only minors - bathroom sealant could be doing with a refresh around the shower and the frames of the sofabeds are a little rusted (this in no way detracted from comfort or function - they were easy to manoeuvre and very comfortable). Overall 9 out of 10 if you’re looking for somewhere to bring children of all ages for an all inclusive that keeps them entertained. Clientele for the week we were here was all families.
