They stole my money and cancelled my reservation in the process of retrieving my card to pay my security deposit. This hotel is a complete scam of swindlers and rip off artists!!! It’s dirty, the staff has absolutely no idea what “customer service” is!! I would not recommend it!! Unless you want to be ripped off and give this hotel free money, book somewhere else because that is EXACTLY what you will receive. I’d rate it a zero but that’s not an option.

What a dump. Bad neighborhood. Got there, barely any furniture in crappy room.Dirty room also. Have to talk through glass, because it not safe. Was going to do a couple days there, no way. Slept in my clothes with one eye open . Couldn't wait to leave. Had no choice but to stay.

I had no sleep all weekend because the first night stay there were gun shot fired outside our room I didn't really enjoy the events because I was to tired from lack of sleep the bed was right by the big window

Really came through in a crunch. Rooms aren't bad; nothing special but exactly what we needed for a very busy weekend in Jacksonville. Very convenient location right across the street from the interstate!

Look at the photos. The floors were filthy. The place is not taken care of and the parking lot looks like a war zone. The breakfast area appears to violate the fire code legal maximum number of persons for the area.
