Location

This apartment hotel is situated in the centre of the seaside resort of Santa Eulalia, just across the road from the wonderful, smooth beach, and steps away from the centre and its many shops. The nearest public transport and bus stops are around 500 m away. Ibiza airport lies around 25 km from the complex.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 102 apartments and 93 studios, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Children can enjoy the playground. Rooms

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Very mixed feelings about the W Hotel.The positives: stylish design, very comfortable bedding, a rooftop with a beautiful view, and a pool area with large sunbeds perfect for relaxing.However, we were disappointed by several aspects, and the hotel preferred to ignore our feedback rather than address it. We stayed in room 337, which should absolutely be avoided: strong sewage smells, tiny bathrooms with no ventilation system, and as a “design feature,” a cheap shower curtain that looks like it was bought from a discount store…The breakfast staff were genuinely friendly and were the only real bright spot of the hotel. Unfortunately, the food quality was very disappointing: the Spanish platter came with low-quality cold cuts, the pancakes were reheated in a microwave, and the bakery selection was poor and not fresh. The à la carte concept is a good idea, but the quality of the products really needs to match the standard expected.At €650 per night, I would not recommend the W Ibiza and I will definitely never return.One final piece of advice: do not order cocktails. The staff are completely incompetent — an Aperol Spritz was served like a cheap soda mix, at €16 per glass. Basic training on classic cocktails would be the bare minimum.     Exceptional!!

    The hotel surpassed all our expectations again! The staff were welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in, with all of them introducing themselves to us and always remembering our names throughout the stay. We were given an upgrade and the room was spotlessly clean with the biggest bed we've ever seen, and the view of the town was lovely. The whole hotel has had a revamp and it looks beautiful. Loved the way breakfast is served, with such a good choice and very tasty, by such friendly staff, and we ate here in the afternoon/evening a few times as the food was so good. Couldn't fault anything in this hotel at all, it has a great atmosphere with great music and ambiance. The icing on the cake was 2 of the nicest managers making my husbands dream come true , and letting him DJ in the rooftop bar on our last night. Would say that this is our favourite hotel we have ever visited, and we will definitely be returning very soon.     Great hotel with great service

    Great holiday at W Ibiza despite a few room changes! Thanks to Cristina for the upgrade following the torrential storm we had. The hotel is in a great situation on the beachfront within walking distance to restaurants and nearby marina. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a la carte and is great with lots of choices. The breakfast room was always busy however runs very smoothly and efficiently thanks to Sebastian who is a fantastic host. Lots of other great servers to, especially Vicky who always had a smile on her face and sorry did not get everyones name. Glow rooftop has amazing views together with a lovely pool and bar area great for adults in the daytime. The bar staff are all amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly and treated us well. Thanks to Edoardo, Jose, Mirko and Leonardo just great servers always fun to chat with. We also had a few meals at Steps during our stay, great pizza and pasta. Thanks to Abel and Rahim for their friendly and helpful service to. Shame Yellow Fish was not open during out stay we will have to return.     Fab Hotel in a Prime Spot.

    What a fabulous hotel! We had a wonderful week here in a super-comfortable room overlooking the pool and sea. Everyone so friendly and helpful particularly at breakfast and by the pools. The Glow Bar was perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif at sunset. We booked this hotel as a treat and it proved to be worth every penny. Top Tip - Ask the Concierge Team to help you. They booked a number of busy restaurants for us and secured tables in prime positions at the times we wanted. They must have great powers of persuasion!
