  Very well priced and comfy rooms

  Stayed 4 nights and had a very nice sleep. The rooms a silent and dark. The entrance to the rooms contains double doors. This isolates the noice and lights from the corridor. The breakfast buffet as the restaurant is good. Parking is for free and near the hightway which you will not hear In the rooms. To get to Jaen you will need a car. The price and quality is very affordable.

  Never again!! The lady in the bar was miserable and unhelpful. Towels for the pool were only given out if your passport was surrendered or secured with 10 euro. Why not give towel cards to residents when they check in?The roof by the pool is in urgent need or repair. Dangerous to residents using the pool.Massive wasps nest by the small pool.Trees by the pool need maintenance, branches seen dropping o to the ground close to sunbeds.

  Big room. 3 large bed in it.With a small balcony.The room has an iron and ironing board which was great. A little bit old fashioned but I enjoyed the hotel.The breakfast was pretty good and dinner I would say just ok.The staff there was super friendly

  Excellent comfortable accommodation, scrupulously clean bedroom, bathroom and public areas. Restaurant (breakfast) has a wide choice and well presented. Car parking immediately outside front of hotel. Highly recommended.

  Rude and disrespectful staff towards disable people

  Ready bad service at the caffetery. Tables full of dirty plates outside whilst a waiter called Rafa is laughing inside with other colleague after being asked politely to prepare one of the tables as my disabled mother - 78 years old lady- walk with a stick and cannot stand for long due to spinal injury. The waiter in question told me to go or wait. We originally decided to wait thinking that he was going to clean a table reasonably quickly. After being left outside in the heat of August for more than 15 minutes while he decided to take a break to smoke we told him the service has declined a lot and he said he knew the owner and if so wanted to speak to him, he will say the same. This type of disrespectful behaviour towards disable people is unacceptable. I did not like the empowered behaviour of this rude waiter. If this is Ethics of the owner, as the waiter claimed, everybody should not stay in this hotel. They do not deserve your visit. In these times, there is not room for this discriminatory behaviour and entitled rude staff. Luckily, Jaen has many other options such as Infants Cristina Hotel or So Parador where to stay and have an excellent service. Hotel is also old and run down. Stay away from this place.
