Excellent stay in an outdated hotel

    rating11 Sept 2022

Pure pleasure to be there for 4 nights. Small apartments are equipped with terraces each. The views are excellent. Outdated interiors bring some charm. The hotel was probably a pearl 50 years ago and could be very impressed. It is still a great option today mainly to the low price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool not overcrowded. One thing should be improved - a handyman should go through and repair all small disadvantages.

    Anniversary treat

    rating08 Jul 2019

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Let us choose which one. We've been before so we picked the one with the best view. Lovely room. Beautiful looking hotel. Plantation style. Great staff on reception, lovely bar, the outdoor terrace great. Everything looked class. All staff nice and attentive. Room impeccably clean. Just a note to people who aren't fit.... It's hilly and it's 1km to nearest bar.. Didn't bother us in the slightest. Can't wait to go back. Outdated but affordable

    rating16 Apr 2018

This hotel has very large rooms, each with a little salon. Very affordable and a great hub to do walks in the Sierra de Cazorla. Though the rooms are outdated and the cleanliness is kept to a strict minimum with room for improvement.

    Fantastic views and rustic charm

    rating10 Apr 2018

I picked it based on size and pictures of views and grounds, and it didn't disappoint. Accommodation in our 2 storey 2 bed 2 bath villa was basic, couple of things in bathroom didn't work properly but very clean and spacious. Lovely balcony with views over the town. It wasnt the warmest this easter but room was fully central heated and had a log burner, no logs? Pool was closed as it was too cold but the grounds were very nicely presented. Bar ok and an outside seating area. Breakfast was pretty basic but ample quantities lots of breads and cakes. It wins hands down on location a short stroll into the old town with classic squares and bars. Easy to find on main road into town but still very quiet as its up a hill. Ideal for exploring Cazorla National Park and Cazorla itself is fab. Would definitely stay again.

    Stunning

    rating09 Jul 2017

Was absolutely beautiful..... A fantastic position. A lovely setting. The views from the balcony are awesome.... Not too far from town. You must be fit. Lot's of hills and steps. Not for the elderly or unfit. You will never have your camera out of your hands. Breakfast was nice. Staff fantastic.
