  Simply lovely staffWhere do I begin?We stayed in the Bahia and had stayed there and the Triana hotel over 10 years ago. Yet the welcome was lovely and they kindly gave us a free upgrade to a balcony room. Turned out the next day the whole place was full with multiple SEN sports groups, yet it was lovely and quiet.The apartment consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and a living/dining/kitchen and of course the balcony which overlooked houses and the sea in one direction and the street in the other.The apartments are the sister building to the hotel, so the facilities are shared.Opposite is a 'Chinese Bizarre' and you are a 5 minute walk from Maxi Dia supermarket.Although you are self catering do give the hotel restaurant a go. E15 buffet for lunch or dinner and E8 for breakfast.We had dinner twice and they brought out crusty fresh gluten free bread for me. There is grill station for fish and chicken. A massive salad choice, lots of different traditional Spanish dishes along with pizza and pasta. Plenty of fruit, desserts & ice cream. Wine and soft drinks are reasonably priced too.Prices in Spain have increased but the Lo Pagan restaurants and bars are reasonable. The hotel bar is frequented by locals and they sell pizzas and sandwiches, shoe football games and large spirits with mixers at E5.50We went end of may and the pool bar wasn't open, but the unheated pool was. It was cool but not cold and very refreshing!You can hire towels at E10 refundable deposit which they refresh at no extra cost.I left my glasses at the local spa and the staff kindly contacted them and organized a taxi to go and get them.All 3 receptionists were BRILLIANT. Really chatty. The older lady spoke perfect English, the two younger ones were quite as fluent so I got to practice some Spanish with them.Everyone is treated as special which makes this place one I thoroughly recommend. I will be back as soon as I can afford it

  I stupidly booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was the one with the same name in Majorca. Although I had booked a no- refundable deal the manager has kindly said they will not charge me. In these difficult times it is good to know that hotels like this have integrity and it has made us hope to book to stay here on another date.

  Felt apartment was good value. A little battered and worn. No kettle had to collect from hotel next door couldn't be bothered to deliver it. Kitchen ceiling stained with water leak.Nice views of Mediterranean in distance from own long balcony.Shame no bath as do like a soak.Reception staff very pleasant.Overall, OK stay. Ideal for a few days.

  The studio apartment was clean and spacious. Everthing that we needed was supplied. The location is good It is about ten minutes walk from the seafront. In the low season there isn't any facilities, such as bar and reception in the aparthotel. This isn't a problem as you use the hotel reception.

  The apartments are very clean and comfortable. Towels and linen are immaculate and smell fresh. Equipment in apartment is good. Kettle and toaster provided. Buffet breakfast is plentiful, with a good choice.Location is handy for restaurants, supermarkets and beach.The staff are all fantastic and very welcoming - nothing is too much trouble.Consequently we have visited several times.
