Not great due to noise

Location was ok with lots of bars and restaurants very nearby however that meant a lot of loud music and noise until 3am right outside our window. We only stayed one night of the three we had planned to stay. The area round the pool and sun beds looked tired. Bed and shower were ok and the room was big. Staff were very helpful both in reception and at breakfast but the hotel itself was not as we expected.

Great location close to shops, bars and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. not worth paying extra for a balcony as unable to sit on it as it’s not big enough for furniture. bed was comfortable and dressing gown, slippers and nice toiletries. decent hairdryer and shower pool area very tired and dirty. really needs a lot of TLC and most of the time the pool was not accessible either because someone had been sick in it or maintenance issue. There was a gym, spa, sauna etc which we did not use Overall though we did have a nice time because we met up with friends there but did not feel it was worth the price. Room 404

OK hotel but not 4 star

Just back from a 7 day golf trip and stayed in this hotel. Location is great and It couldn't be any closer to all the bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean with large rooms, cleaned and fresh towels every day.Friendly reception staff but cant say the same for the staff in the restaurant.We had a few issues during our stay...... We had very little hot water for the week so showering either in the morning or at night wasn't very pleasant. We used the milk and TWO teabags provided on the first night, these were never replaced and when I tried to take them from the restaurant I was shouted at by a waitress.I also had to go and get a toilet roll from the bar toilet as this wasn't getting replenished either. Pool is very small with very few sun loungers.Breakfast is poor, not a great choice of hot food which was look warm to cold.It suited us 16 golfers but wouldn't take my wife and I wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel.

Shocking customer service from male on Reception

Met friends who were residents for lunch. Asked the grey haired male on reception if he could kindly call us a taxi to our hotel. He refused to because we were visiting people. We were considering booking this hotel ourselves & after thar appalling interaction & shocking display of customer service, we will certainly not be staying here.Very poor experience of what looked initially like a lovely hotel.Shame on you.

Lovely hotel, amazing views from rooftop pool. Nice gym, sauna and great service from staff. Our room was on the third floor, it was a double but the bed could have fitted four people it was that big, good views and cleaned everyday.Will definitely be back on our next trip to Los Alcazares.
