  !!!AVOID if you care for the food you eat!!!

  This hotel caters for retired people coming on governmental funds. Accordingly the "food" is absolutely despicable.If you care about taste, variety, freshness, presentation... PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and do not come to this place.It is actually a shame to witness, for a "4stars" hotel, such non-caring for what they serve their clients.A real joke as "food" comes.

  We felt unsafe and unwelcome at this hotel due to racist behavior. When we complained, staff brushed it off. No one should have to experience that on holiday.

  Our stay at Entremares Biobalneario Marino was extremely disappointing. Both my partner and I experienced racist behavior that made us feel very unwelcome. The worst part was the hotel’s response — when we reported what happened, our concerns were ignored and dismissed. This kind of indifference is unacceptable. We would never return and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting to be treated with basic respect

  Warning to all travelers: avoid Entremares Biobalneario Marino if you expect to be treated equally and respectfully. My partner and I were targets of racism throughout our stay. We reported it multiple times, and each time our complaints were ignored. The hotel did nothing to ensure our safety or comfort. This place is not welcoming to everyone.

  Our stay at Entremares Biobalneario Marino was awful. My partner and we experienced blatant racism throughout and felt completely unsafe. Staff member/assistant manager dismissed our complaints and showed zero care.
