  Very friendly staff throughout and very clean

  This hotel is so well appointed to many very good restaurants. The hotel has the most friendly staff, rooms well decorated and clean throughout, though the balconies without table and generally need attention let it down as did no shower cap or shampoo and conditioner which uou would expect ina 4 star hotel. Only shower gell! Breakfast very good as lunch and dinner choices were. We chose lunch rather than dinner as so much choice close by. Would definitely return to this hotel

  Such a lovely hotel our second time here, Lots of over 40s not too many kids all well behaved, B and b lovely coffee and food is very good, A busy strip 50 yards away over road with loads of restrarunts shops and bars, 100 metres from tranquil beach.

  Just okay, made to feel unwelcome

  Stayed for 2 nights, breakfast staff made us feel unwelcome,they challenged my other half despite checking our room number when entering, and continued to stare.They created a hostile atmosphere and scowled at us for some reason.Food wasn't good,it was a basic breakfast at best.The food that should have been hot was cold.Staff continued to interrupt us, reaching across us while we were eating.The ladies on the front desk in the dining room clearly were not happy and passed that onto guests.We don't recommend eating here.The room we had was clean but past it's best.The balcony had a huge tree outside and was small without a table.Bathroom was clean and functionalEntrance needs a good clean.

  Miserable staff and poor quality food

  We stayed for two nights and had breakfast both mornings and dinner one evening.The room we were given was on the second floor and the wi -fi didn't work.Two chairs on a small balcony but no table and facing the road, despite having many empty rooms they weren't willing to give us a pool view room.The room was okay, the furniture is heavy and dated, and the french doors onto the balcony are heavy and noisy, with a trip hazard which we injured ourselves on!The bed was clean and comfortable and pillows okay.The bathroom was clean but very dated and cramped with a shower over the bath, hardly any toiletries, you need to bring your own if you like us want more than one shower.Breakfast;Poor quality food with many processed in plastic packaging.No choice of eggs cooked to order and greasy undercooked bacon,poor quality sausage,cold mushrooms.No tortilla, and the supposed to be hot food was cold!Surly breakfast staff made us feel uncomfortable, they were intrusive and hovered around whilst we're trying to eat.Repeatedly reaching across the table to take a plate or spoon while ee were still eating.It wasn't a relaxing atmosphere,or even pleasant they were pretty hostile, and unhappy.Dinner:Very little choice,no atmosphere not many diners.Dry pork reheated from the previous night and overcooked salmon.Vegetables were cold.Not much choice of desert so we asked for ice cream, they had to check we could have this...Wouldn't have dinner here again because of this and there's plenty of restaurants close byWe wouldn't stay here again because of the above and because of the unfriendly staff, they should be trained in customer service and smile more.Its over rated on this site and this a very generous 3 star review it could easily be a 2.   Disappointing hotel in a disappointing resort

  Very dated hotel.. everything needs upgraded in my opinion.. bedrooms are shabby, electrics don’t work properly and aren’t the cleanest.. the towels are like rags, so thin and used they don’t dry you properly and the staff on reception could all do with some training on how to smile.. problem with first room we were allocated late on arrival and all lights went out back and forth to reception and moved to another room which we stayed in for 3 nights and I refused to pay the difference.. we had already paid to be upgrade for a superior room for last 4 nights, still waiting to see what was actually superior, dirty balcony, parasol broke and again quite dirty, under the bed was covered in dust.. I would not come to this hotel again and it’s for sureNot a 4 star probably a 2 star old Spanish hotel.. food at breakfast was ok though, but again tired and dated dining room.. very much in need of an upgrade, everything just felt dirty and tired including the loungers round the pool..
