  Traveled for a quick getaway and this hotel was perfect for it. Clean, well lit and arranged room. Lots of space in the kingsize studio. No carpet!! Which is awesome if you have environmental allergies. Walk in shower was really spacious. They even have hooks for your coat/hanging your garment bag in addition to the closet adjacent to the bathroom. Breakfast had alot of choices. French toast sticks, sausages, eggs(scrambled and boiled), waffles, yogurt,etc If you can’t find anything… your problem because there so much there. Best thing ever- they have Dark roast coffee!!! My first time seeing this in a Hilton. Wish there was a little drawer at the bedside in addition to the floating shelf but for a short stay, it wasn’t a deal breaker. Theres so much other storage options. Stay whenever you’re in town. You will feel at home. Also special thank you to Siya who checked us in with a warm smile and professional demeanor.

  No Management Presence or Concern

  The heat did not work in our room. We called the front desk and the gal was overwhelmed with new check-ins. ( Not her fault) but we had to wait for her to get the time to call a manager who apparently was not on site. No response for over 2 hours so we went back downstairs to see if there was a different room with heat. She had to get one cleaned. More waiting in a very cold room. My real complaint is that NO management assisted her or called to see if they could resolve the issue. The hotel was obviously understaffed and no management presence or concern gives this location a very poor rating for us. No offer to make anything right, discount, etc. We had issues with the TV working correctly and the thin walls allowing the very loud snoring next door was the final straw.Never to return.

  My mom was genuinely impressed because, out of all the hotels she has visited, this is the only one that truly stood out. It was her first time staying at this hotel, and she couldn’t stop praising the staff particularly the gentleman from the Philippines who assisted her during check-in. He was incredibly welcoming, skilled, and kind. She remarked on the exceptional hospitality, noting how warmly she was greeted every time she walked through the doors. Outstanding service! I will certainly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues.

  Newly renovated hotel with nice staff

  This hotel is in a good location, right outside of the craziness of Houston and close to the major highways and restaurants. It is undergoing renovations to the lobby, so patience is needed, but our room was nice and new. My only complaint is one that I have with almost all Hilton properties - I called ahead the day before to request no feather bedding (due to allergies), and they noted it on our reservation. It was also noted that we have 4 guests in the room. However, when we got there, there was still feather bedding in the room, there was no bedding for the sofa bed, and there were not enough towels for all of us. Took some time to resolve the issue at the front desk, but the staff on duty were apologetic and friendly and accommodated us as much as possible. Definitely a nice hotel to stay at but do not expect any special housekeeping requests to get translated to the actual team members.

  Stayed for Christmas and Christmas experienced the best customer service ever. The room we stayed is new and very clean. The staff are the most friendly and asset to this hotel. Very professionals and greeted as sir and ma’am as we enter the lobby.
