Not the best of service, and certainly not a 4 star, did not get a good nights sleep. The room was really hot, and was told they could not turn on the aircon. They said just turn the heating off, and open the door. However the pool vacuum was on all night, which was loud all night. When we complained in the morning, there was very little empathy or sympathy. The breakfast was very poor quality, over cooked bacon, cold scrammed egg……., don’t expect 4 star service as you won’t get it.There are far better hotel along the road which care and cater for their customers.

We will return, just what we needed
26 Mar 2026
We live only 20 minutes away and needed a quick break away with a heated pool area for some exercise. We made the perfect choice with this hotel. On arrival the reception staff were very helpful and we asked for a specific orientation for our room and got exactly that. The room was very clean with all the amenities we needed. We were able to get straight into the spa for the morning session. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, perhaps my only downside would be the hot food was not hot.The marine pool area and facilities were excellent and the receptionist there was very friendly and helpful. We even had a few hours on the sun beds outside around the outside poolWe were here out of season so it was very quiet with not many people around and not too many staff either. There are not too many places close by to eat or drink in the evening. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely go again very soon.

Very Nice Hotel
24 Sept 2025
Location: We drove here from the UK and the hotel is easy to find. There is parking below the hotel (charged at €5 per day) or there is plenty of free parking in the vacant lot across from the hotel or on nearby streets. There is a kebab takeout within a five minute walk from the hotel but other than that there are limited options to walk to restaurants. However, it seems like most guests have half or full board at the hotel. There are restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive from the hotel. It is not in the busy tourist areas and the vast majority of guests were Spaniards. We only heard English spoken once at the pool during our week there.Check-in: The common areas such as the reception area are very nice and there are sofas etc and there is also table tennis table for guest use in the corridor towards the restaurant. Check-in was quick and easy. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke excellent English.Room: The room was quite large with a very large balcony with two chairs and a table (larger than for most rooms). We had booked and paid for a standard room and I do not know whether this was a complimentary upgrade or not. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was fairly comfortable albeit rather firm. There is a glass door to the bathroom providing zero soundproofing and privacy which is fine when travelling with family but perhaps not recommended for friends. The bathroom is very spacious, and the only minor issue was that the shower doors required some effort to close. There was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as hand wash and body lotion. The TV had a couple of English language channels. Wifi: The complimentary WiFi was fast and good enough for video calls and streaming. Breakfast: There are many options available at breakfast. There were four different juice options, water, there are coffee machines, several different kinds of bread including bagels, there are many different types of marmalade, there were several different types of cheese, hams etc. There were a good selection of sweet treats, yoghurts, churros as well as hot options like scrambled and fried eggs, bacon and sausages. It is worth noting that most of the staff does not speak any English at all but very basic Spanish (like mine) goes a long way.Overall: We had some problems with the in room safe (it did not lock) when we arrived and maintenance turned up within 15 minutes and proceeded to replace the safe when replacing the batteries did not fix the problem. Most of the guests stayed to enjoy the spa. We did not pick the hotel because of it being a spa hotel and we did not use the spa. We did use the outside pool and it was nice. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Value of money is what you get
25 Jun 2025
For a hotel which is on holiday sites/deals/ packages, value for money is okay. Room had air conditioning, balcony was nice with set of chairs and a table and shower/ bath was nice. The room itself was okay - no english speaking people to help at all so if you don’t know Spanish then I wouldn’t come here. When booking says things are included to then find out they aren’t. There no explanation of how things work especially spa side of things, we were left to work everything out for ourselves, no information given about how to access the indoor pool which is in the spa and pools are only open 11am - 2pm and then 4pm and 7pm for outside pool and 8pm for indoor pool.

Recepcionist not in good humour
07 Jan 2025
Wanted to do a spa visit, I am specially interested in Hamam and looking at the web was very difficult to understand what package I needed to take (Hamam was only at certain hours, but not clear whether it was part of the different packages).I called to ask for information and told that the packages seemed complicated and wanted additional info. The man answering the phone was pissed off, and answered me: "I don't understand why it is complicated", probably a "how can I help you?" would have gain a customer.
