This resort warmly welcomes guests in Puerto Naos.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available.     Overpriced - could be so much better with a little effort

    I really wanted to love this property and give it a 5 star rating. But there were some things that were lacking to make it 5 star. The room was very clean and quiet and I appreciate that. Everything was in working order. The lobby was very nice. However, the halls were dimly lit, the back door didn’t latch (safety issue) all of the exterior trash cans were overflowing and there was trash in the parking lot. Breakfast was so sad. Hours were 6 to 9 and I went in at 7:15. Powdered eggs were gone. Only white bread. No meat. Weak coffee. No fruit. The property is overpriced for the lack of pride in ownership. Hats off to housekeeping and the front desk staff. With a little more attention to detail the property would be worth the price.

    Room was clean. Everything was good, my experience was very pleasant. Checking was easy, front desk staff was very nice.
