  Not been to this hotel since 2018. Glad we went back. It was better than we remembered. Refurbishment of the main dining area is a big difference. Food choice much better than previously. Good to see that El Mirador is being used all day instead of just for breakfast. We always said it was a waste not to use it. Made a nice change sitting by the ocean eating in a much more chilled environment. Loved it.Can’t really comment on the quality of the spirits or cocktails as I just stuck to the wine or cava. The bottled wines at El Mirador and those served at the bar were good. I wasn’t a fan of the self service tap ones in the main restaurant. My husband was happy to get his San Miguel on tap. I didn’t think the coffee was a good as it used to be and was a bit hacked off at only being able to get coffee in a paper cup from the machine in the bar. You had to be premium to have a proper coffee from the barista machine.The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfy and the showers are superb. Nice that the shower gel is provided, nice too. Cleaned daily and good quality bedding and the towels were fine.The pools here are beautiful. Always plenty of sun beds too. Never struggled to find one. Various activities going on during the day. I did read a report saying there was no water aerobics, they must have been deaf as aqua gym was announced every morning and started at midday. The welcome back wine and chocolates was a lovely touch, as was the cava to celebrate our anniversary. The staff are great. We couldn’t believe it when Nancy recognised us as soon as we walked in. Such a character.It was great coming back and we will be back again no doubt.   So the food was great and the pools are great especially the one with sand its amazing the decor is beautiful and everything is amazing.   We are currently still at the Palma Princess going home on Thursday Tui rates it as a 5 star. It definatlty isnt a 5 star.Positive are the place is really clean and the pools are lovely. The food is ok in the all inclusive package but lukewarm a lot of the time.The decor seems a little outdated and not too my taste but that's just a personal preference.For me its far too remote and we should have done more homework before we booked . Theres absolulty nothing around the hotel and for us we like having a stroll on an evening out to look at shops or different bars. So being here nearly 2 weeks is too long. Again lack of research on our behalf . There are so many steps to everything so if you have any mobility issues its hard work to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful.The evening entertainment is ok nothing spectacular.The scenery is beautiful and some lovely areas to sit out .Would I return here no. If you want a peaceful holiday yes and a week is lovely but 2 weeks is too long. It is just not my kind of holiday and it's rained for 5 days again no one can be blamed for that but doesnt help when theres nothing much else to do.There's no activities in the afternoon for adults. No water aerobics just nothing. This is an honest review from someone who is ready for home today with 3 days to go but people like different things just not for me.I hope this review helps people who need a different kind of holiday with more activities my mistake should have researched more.   Disappointing Poor Customer Service -

  Avoid! We had a very frustrating experience regarding our late check-out that ruined what should have been a relaxing final day.We paid £75 in advance through our package for a late check-out, only to find out during our stay that the hotel's direct rate is only up to €53—meaning we paid a massive premium for zero added value. To make matters worse, despite having paid for the extended stay, our room key cards were automatically deactivated at 12:00 PM anyway. The whole point of booking a late check-out is the convenience of an uninterrupted, seamless finish to your trip. This policy was never communicated to us beforehand, and the entire process was stressful and inconvenient.When raising this with the hotel, management simply passed the blame back to the travel provider (TUI) without offering any real solution, apology, or gesture of goodwill for the disruption.   Perfect holiday

  The location is amazing, surrounded by rolling hills & black cliffs. The rooms were very clean & spacious with super king size beds. The atmosphere throughout the whole resort was just perfect. Incredible value for money. The service & food were the best I’ve had in a long long time. The staff were very attentive & went the extra mile with our son. Honestly, the best holiday we’ve had in a long long time. Taco night was 10/10.
