Convenient with secure parking

Convenient hotel, well placed for stop over from Santander ferry. Secure parking. Beware! Restaurant closed on Sunday although website said open. No alternative locally. Only saw two staff, both of whom were incredibly helpful! Especially a man called Alvaro whose customer service and administration skills were fantastic!!

Great Find!

Perfect hotel on the outskirts of Haro. It's easy to access from the motorway and whilst it doesn't look much from the outside (and it is based on an industrial estate) the rooms were clean and spacious. Has a really nice bar with a good selection of wines so a really good base if you're heading into town. What specifically made this stay very good was the receptionist Yaiza. After an evening in the centre we tried to get a taxi back to the hotel as we didn't want to do the 30 minute walk. We couldn't get one so phoned the hotel to see if they could help.....20 minutes later we were walking through the hotel door. Thank you so much Yaiza! sonia parada, Director General at Hotel Eth Rioja, responded to this review Thank you so much for your review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Hotel ETH Rioja. We know that being located in Haro’s industrial area is practical for many, and we’re glad you appreciated our clean and spacious rooms, as well as our wine selection at the bar. We’re especially happy that Yaiza made your stay even more memorable. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to her—she’ll be thrilled to hear them! We’re always here to assist our guests with anything they need.We hope to welcome you back soon and that you continue to enjoy all that Haro #capitaldelrioja has to offer.Best regards from the entire ETH Rioja team.

Odd location but otherwise lovely.

Nice little hotel but in a very odd place.Rooms are to a high standard and very comfortable, staff efficient and welcoming but seems to be in a very industrial area with not much around at all.Bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom was very nice and breakfast was ample. Good parking right outside the hotel. If you're just passing through then a perfect place to stop for the night. sonia parada, Director General at Hotel Eth Rioja, responded to this review Thank you very much for your kind review! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of our rooms and found our staff to be efficient and welcoming. While our location in the industrial area might seem a bit unusual, we’re happy that it served you well for a quick stopover. It’s great to know that you appreciated the parking, comfortable bed, and our hearty breakfast. We hope to welcome you back whenever you’re passing through Haro again!Best regards from #ethteam

Good hotel for Rioja visit, but out of town.

ETH is a modern “Holiday Inn Express” style hotel with a reasonable restaurant attached. It’s looking a bit worn round the edges these days, but good value for the area. Too far (2km) to walk to town really, but cabs are available. Well positioned to explore Rioja. sonia p, Director General at Hotel Eth Rioja, responded to this review Dear Coud9leeds,Thank you so much for your 4-stars review! We are delighted to ear that you have enjoyed our location. The perfect one to explore La Rioja!Cordially,Sonia ParadaDirectora
