  Having stayed in several Eurostars before, I can say this one is definitely above average. The rooms provide great comfort and are impeccably clean.The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was even better—the staff member attending the breakfast room was exceptionally professional and helpful.Great location for exploring Logroño. Just a heads-up: it's located on a pedestrian street, so vehicle access for luggage can be a bit of a challenge. Highly recommended for those looking for extra comfort in Logroño!

  Absolutely enjoy the hydrotherapy at this location. 12 will be perfect. We adore the staff and the spa experiences here. Breakfast is awesome!

  Full of character. Excellent location & excellent customer service. Upgraded to a very spacious suite upon arrival because they had availability and is the hotel policy to do this. Other hotels should take note! Man on reception was excellent. Loved the little spa, especially having it to ourselves. Bed a little firm but we slept very well. Large bathroom with jacuzzi bath & powerful shower. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. I’d highly recommend.

  Great location and wonderful SPA, everything else is a 1 or max 2 stars hotel. Parking not available - you have to reserve it in advance, but they never inform you about this during booking. Key cards to the room - you receive only 1, as they don't have "enough". Coffee - doesn't exist - you can't purchase it nor get it during the day, "ONLY" during breakfast for an additional fee of 17 Euros..literally there is NOTHING at all resembling 4 star hotel - choose IBIS budget few meters away and you receive more for a much cheaper price..

  We stayed at the hotel for one night on a Saturday. The hotel was clean, and the room was very pleasant and spacious. However, there was significant noise from the front of the hotel as there were lots of people walking down the road throughout the night yelling. There is not a lot that can be done about that, but it is worth noting for guests.Location was good for access to the city and its amenities.
