Great Congress Facilities, Average Dining, Room for Service Improvement
24 Nov 2025
recently attended an event at NH Hotel Olomouc Congress, and overall, it was a positive experience — especially thanks to the hotel’s impressive conference facilities. The congress spaces are modern, well-designed, and perfectly suited for larger events, meetings, or corporate gatherings. The layout, audiovisual setup, and overall atmosphere make it an excellent venue for professional use. When it comes to dining, the experience was more on the average side. The food was acceptable, but it didn’t stand out in any particular way. For a hotel with such strong congress facilities, a bit more focus on elevating the culinary offering would make a noticeable difference. As for the staff, there is still room for improvement. While the service was functional, it lacked the attentiveness and proactive approach that can elevate a stay or event from good to great.Despite these points, I’m giving the hotel a solid 4 stars — mainly for its excellent congress environment, cleanliness, and overall potential. With some improvements in service and dining, NH Hotel Olomouc could easily become one of the top conference choices in the region. Tomas Rousek, General Manager at NH Collection Olomouc Congress, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your experience and for awarding a four-star rating. We are delighted to hear that our conference facilities, layout, and audiovisual setup contributed positively to your event. We appreciate your comments regarding dining and service. Our team values insights that reflect the ideal guest experience we strive to provide, and your observations help reinforce our commitment to high standards across all aspects of a stay or event. It is wonderful to know you found the venue clean and well-suited for professional gatherings. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide an even more polished experience.Tomáš Rousek, generální reditel, NH Collection Olomouc Congress.
