I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfortable room, and the friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere was pleasant, the location was convenient, and the overall stay was calm and enjoyable. Breakfast was good and well organized, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Great Congress Facilities, Average Dining, Room for Service Improvement

recently attended an event at NH Hotel Olomouc Congress, and overall, it was a positive experience — especially thanks to the hotel’s impressive conference facilities. The congress spaces are modern, well-designed, and perfectly suited for larger events, meetings, or corporate gatherings. The layout, audiovisual setup, and overall atmosphere make it an excellent venue for professional use.When it comes to dining, the experience was more on the average side. The food was acceptable, but it didn’t stand out in any particular way. For a hotel with such strong congress facilities, a bit more focus on elevating the culinary offering would make a noticeable difference.As for the staff, there is still room for improvement. While the service was functional, it lacked the attentiveness and proactive approach that can elevate a stay or event from good to great.Despite these points, I’m giving the hotel a solid 4 stars — mainly for its excellent congress environment, cleanliness, and overall potential. With some improvements in service and dining, NH Hotel Olomouc could easily become one of the top conference choices in the region.
