  Paid premium for the room because of the sauna and it was no better than lukewarm

  Not a cheap place by any standards, we paid 178€ for one night without breakfast. We booked it specifically for the sauna and spa and we knew the previous leg of the Camino at 28k would be a long day.Sauna was lukewarm at best at 19:30 and so spa had been open 3 hours. No towels in spa so use your room towel or go to reception.If you need the sauna, it’s not here

  FG Logrono Hotel Best Value in Town

  We walked 80 Kms of the Camino de Santiago and arrived at the hotel exhausted. It was 1pm. Checkin was at 4pm. The man at reception let us book in early!!! It was fantastic. We went shopping for clothes and came back at about 3pm and the bar was closed. We then had to find an off license as we wanted a bottle of white wine. The hotel is gorgeous though and our room so quiet as it has a hallway before opening onto the main corridor. Facilities were pretty good but I would have liked glasses to drink from instead of paper cups. However, at £66 euro I cannot complain lovely staff also. It lacks atmosphere maybe because it was quiet in terms of business but there could be music playing in the bar. I would definitely return. Well done FG!

  Hotel rooms had really nice beds and our front room had excellent views over the river and entrance bridge which is part of the camino route. Breakfast was an excellent buffet Parking was available but utilized a car lift which was a bit of a challenge for the untrained

  Dangerous car park and a Manager who wasn’t interested

  First the good things - the location (great) and the fruit at breakfast (best we’ve had this trip). And now the bad: the car park is dangerous, and I have a dent in my car to prove it; interesting that we got a warning that we used the lift to the car park and the car park itself at our own risk AFTER we had parked and not before. The manager was of course completely uninterested, hiding behind the small print that hadn’t been shared with us beforehand…. Not a good start. The staff looked miserable; was it the drab decor? It certainly depressed me. As did the uncomfortable bed, and the paper thin walls (which allowed us to hear our neighbours having a much better time until the wee small hours). Please avoid.

  Convenient modern hotel.

  This is a modern hotel close to and convenient for the centre of Logroño.We have stayed several times over the years.The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are courteous and efficient.Car parking is provided in an underground car park accessed by a lift. We are not the only guests do have found entering and leaving difficult as the scrapes along the walls confirm.Logroño has central underground car parks which are not expensive, easy to use and with 24 hour surveillance. Much better.
