Very central. Unfortunately, no sound insulation from the floor above, so we listened to our neighbours in the room above us arrive back after we had gone to bed, and get up before we did. Disappointing.

I asked for a quiet room. While the hotel faces onto a quiet side street, the friendly receptionist nevertheless gave us room 303 which is at the back. It was ideal. Not a sound all night, internal or external.The room is a very good size with a comfortable armchair, a fridge and a safe.The whole place looks very new and everywhere was spotless.It is a beautiful conversion of an old building, maintaining many of the original features on the ground floor especially.The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is huge. The AC was great at cooling the room. Many hotels in Spain restrict cooling at this time of year. But not here.Two small things: the safe was not anchored to anything; the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working.I am writing this at Sercotel Ayala Bilbao.We will definitely return to both!

Lovely hotel with spacious comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and good breakfast. We were exhausted pilgrims in need of a shower and a good night’s rest. Entering this hotel after walking 18 miles was heaven!

Very clean and spacious room. Very central with secure parking close by. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the girl in the breakfast room who cleaned up my overturned coffee. A microwave would be nice as the food needs to be heated. Will return as soon as possible.

Quiet hotel in Logrono

We stayed for 3 nights in June. The hotel was very nice and in a quiet street. Logrono was very busy as there was a festival with bands but the noise didnt transfer to the hotel. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated, no bar. Breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice and a good choice of food. Reception staff were very helpful and spoke English. There is paid parking in the hotel's garage in the same street.
