The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the items to make your stay comfortable. The location was great for exploring Logrono. The staff was quick to answer questions via email. I would recommend this hotel and if I’m lucky enough to be in Logrono again I would re-book it!

We asked for an apartment on the quiet side and got a noisy room on the street side.Functional and well-equipped apartment but unfortunately no human being at reception, and a very laborious check-in on a machine with a very long queue... What a shame!

A comfortable appartement in a quiet location

A modern, comfortable and full equiped appartment located in a nice and quiet area of Logroño. We added the parking option which was a good decision. All automated but with a team answering doubts and question at all time via Whatsapp. We slept very well every night. The staff offered the pillows we requested. The kitchen is well equiped. We really enjoyed our stay at the Sercotel and we highly recommend it.

We had the best experience staying here. Bianca was amazing and has a pleasant personality. She recommended local restaurants for us and also a store when we needed to buy luggage. My mom & I also fell in love with Laguardia and we're lucky that she mentioned it to us. The room is the best room we've stayed while in Spain. It was spacious. The breakfast was great as well. They had variety of meats, breads, & coffee. Alberto was very accommodating and alert with everyone's needs before we even asked. This is an amazing hotel with an amazing and warm staff. The location is walking distance as well to the main street (Avenida Gran Via R Juan Carlos 1). If we get the chance to visit Logroño again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much!

The apartment hotel is more than adequate for 2 persons with a kitchenette, bedroom and sitting/dining area. The location is 3 minutes walk to Grandvia and 10 minutes walk to Calle De Laurel which are lined by bars, eateries and restaurants. You pay extra for any housekeepingThere is one thing to note though, the check in is completely automated and you must pay attention when you check in so that you do not miss the room number allocated. Also get the number of the reception which is located at the Sercotel Hotel in another location in the same city, just in case you need them for any services. The other thing to note is that there are few taxis waiting for passengers on the streets of Logrono or at a taxi stand. Its best if you get the taxi call number or get the bars and restaurants that you patronize to call one for you. Apart from the, Logono is just a brilliant destination for food and wine lovers
